honnestly the prompt had to be terrible. none of these pictures seem accurate to me: no class, common esthestics. they look like character from telenovelas, or tiktok influencers... in order to imagine the beauty of the original character you need to read the book. prompts made of some few exerpts give very bad results.

That's exactly why I don't like AI images. They are unnaturally beautiful and boring.

tbh several characters here, especially the male ones, look extremely similar regarding the shape of their faces. mostly changes in hair color, beard or eye color. I don't think a guy like GRRM, who's known for creating great characters, would've wanted most of his characters to look alike in such a manner.

AI has a strong bias given by LotR movies images being everywhere on the web and surfacing whenever you search for LotR characters. This bias is shown by the hobbits being far too young, as depicted in the movies as opposed to the book.
