My story began in my actual home in 2020, where it was just me, my dumbbells, and my phone. Fast forward, and now we are over 2 million strong! Every day, every session, it has all been part of our shared journey towards growth.
Now, I'm also excited to welcome you to my new digital home, CGX. With exclusive workouts and fresh content, it's a space where we can explore, learn, challenge, and build a stronger body and mind together.

Great workouts but I struggle with the push ups. In fact anything that puts that kind of pressure on my wrists as I have arthritis in them both. But hey I still try. Any tips on helping support the wrists would be much appreciated.
After 2 years I have started this series as home lifting, only with available weights which are 3 and 4kgs..but hopeful to gain strength and tone up my body at 34. Although I'm slim but now want to tone up to have more strength to have when I'll hit 50 or so.. This is Bomb workout I mean I am exhausted
I have 3 months for my sister's wedding to happen I want to look slim and toned And probably want to make my relatives mouth shut So, let's see And yaaa this is day 1 And I got to know my strength is not good I have to work hard
