FUEL Series 30 Min MEGA BODYWEIGHT HIIT Workout | Day 20

Bodyweight only! And boy, is this a sweaty session!!
Short intervals combined with slightly longer durations! And exercises grouped together to compliment each one!
All you need is your mat, bottle of water, a towel and a lot of energy ready to burn!
The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work per exercise, and we will perform each one for four sets in total! We then have 10 seconds of rest before moving to a longer set of 60 seconds before we have 20 seconds of rest!

What a session!!! I absolutely loved every part of this!! Especially as it’s been a while since not holding dumbbells!
The sweat was serious!
I loved this format, combining the short with the longer intervals!
I hope you love this workout as much as I genuinely did! Lying on the mat at the end was the best feeling!

I was ready to quit at 20% I just didn't feel like I had it in me. But with God's grace and lots of praise I got to 100%. Thank you Jesus!

The most inspirational thing about Caroline is that even when she is breathless and exhausted, she is still clearly enjoying herself! That’s ultimately what these workouts are about… not torturing yourself in the hopes of achieving a killer body, but pushing yourself to the limit because you genuinely love the challenge! 😀💪🏼❤️ This workout looks really spicy! I can’t wait to do it and feel that incredible endorphin rush afterwards! 🔥😅

So true, Matthew! I absolutely love working out...and I enjoy Caroline’s workouts more than any I’ve ever done! But the reason I’ve been working out for the mast 40 years is simply that I just enjoy exercising so much...and...especially as I get older I appreciate the health benefits more and more! As to what my body looks like...that’s not, to me, the most important thing! Work hard and have fun is always my “motto”!

Done! As expected that burpee finisher was a KILLER… I actually managed 16 burpees which I am very proud of! 😁 And of course I did the upper abs add-on to finish off 👍🏼

Phew I barely survived 😅 I enjoy the short bursts of moves and Caroline generously gave us 10 seconds to recover 😂😂. Fuel has definitely upped the stakes for a workout program, love it!

Coming off of a sick week and wasn't going to do this one. This one terrified me, and by 15% I thought "Oh dear God, I can't do this," but hung in there. Finally had to call it at 75%. One more sprawl and I'd be down for the count -- but still putting it in the W column. 75% of this is one heck of a workout. Thank you, Caroline, for pushing me beyond my limits.

Wow...that was intense! Rally enjoyed the format...but did think I might not make to the end...but did it..yay! However...no in no way did I keep pace with Caroline in a lot of the the exercises....she is a machine!!!

I usually only did your dumbbell HIIT for the longest time, I was always intimidated and couldn’t keep up with all of your fast movements. But now because of FUEL I’m happy to say I’m loving your HIIT!! I’m amazed that now I’m loving sprawl and burpee’s!!! Thank you, Caroline for this amazing program! My favorite so far and I’ve done them all( except HIIT ) until now🤣💕

That’s so brilliant to read, Kate! When I first found Caroline’s workouts over two years ago I thought her HIIT looked so fast and intense! But after a couple of weeks I decided to do it and I was immediately hooked! As you say you come to love doing burpees and sprawls! I was so happy to have a bodyweight workout today...I loved it and I’m sure you will too! Happy Sunday! Matthew

Oh my my! I haven't done any of the HIIT workouts except the ones with the FUEL series, and finding that I am enjoying them as it challenges my 64 year old body to do more, and that it CAN! Thanks Caroline!

Such an amazing cardio workout day. Throughout the whole workout I accepted tht how far I came , how much I have activated all the invisible powers which I never thought I have …. Wow, what a wonderful workout … this workout made me realize how much I can do without struggling for a second… that’s called how much I have Fueled myself throughout all epic series… and that is possible just and just because of you CG MAM. Thank u once again..

Hi Elise...I was so pleased to have a workout without dumbbells today...I so much love doing bodyweight workouts and I just love doing HIIT! This is superb...definitely challenging but I loved the way it was all put together! I really enjoyed those 60 sec exercises! I finished off with upper abs...then to balance things out...lower abs too! This was a morning of exercise that I really enjoyed and I’m sure you will too! Happy Sunday! Matthew

Today, after 3 weeks break I restarted my training with this video. This time, I played the sound track over my home theatre system. The windows were vibrating, the building was dancing, my mood was overcharged...the neighbors were happy, or maybe not ahahah. Lucky me to have such tolerant neighbors. Thanks to Caroline for this challenging training.

couple of days behind on this programme just completed my first HIIT with Caroline. started following Caroline during the Epic programme and just could not complete a HIIT workout. Feeling very proud although i did need to pause the video for about 30 secs before the last set of burpees. Thanks Caroline its down to your programmes that Im in the best shape of my life. Just need to cut the weekend lagers down to see even better results. :)

So this week I have been able to do exercises that I have never been able to do before like the single arm burpee and the reverse crab reach so that's making me feel all sorts of strong. Also, for a week full of burpees and sprawls, I didn't hate it, lol. Very sweaty way to start the day, gets the juices flowing!! Thanks Caroline!

Make-up session after a recuperation Sunday because a slight pain in the back told me to be careful!!! today proud to have done day 21 and day 20 but being reasonable on the weights and on the cadence of the HIIT! Thank you Caroline and baravo the TEAM!

Thanks so much Caroline for including the modification for tuck to star. I have been coming up with my own modifications for some of the moves my core isn't strong enough for yet postpartum, but it was really nice not to have to think on the spot when my heart rate was sky high and I was dripping buckets. There were a few times during this workout when I wasn't sure if it was sweat or tears dripping down my face and I wanted to give up (think hot hands and half burpees) but overall it felt really good to use my body weight and really focus on using my core to power most of the movements. Loved it! Will definitely return to this workout on HIIT days again and again once fuel is over.

I took a break from this program bc I got pretty sick with Covid. Picked it back up today this workout and maybe couldn’t go at my fullest potential but I really enjoyed it and I’m very sweaty! So excited to continue with Fuel for the next 2 weeks!

I will definitely incorporate this workout into into my training more often. I'm taking about a two month break from lifting heavy weights. Let the bodyweight workouts, runs, and calisthenics take over! I want to see how my body responds to this type of training. I'm very excited!

I loved this one! My first fuel hiit and really enjoyed this one for its format and the burpee variations. My kid joined in and made it more challenging even :) the heat didn’t help but I’m glad I finished it . Hope fellow girvanators feel as invigorated as I do! Happy hiit Sunday !!

I have been doing this program on and off (life happens) for a while now, and I absolutely love that the focus is on having a good time and pacing yourself instead of copying exact movements, weights, and timings. I use 3kg dumbbells and can't do a single full pushup. Hell, I can't even do a kneeling tricep pushup. But I substitute and work within my ranges - and I have never felt better! Caroline has helped me fall absolutely in love with weight and resistance training. Her and Natacha Oceane are my favorite fitness creators who have helped me not only exercise with good form, but also for the right reasons. I cannot wait to finish this program and start a new one! Loved every minute of it. Every single one. In my sixties and when I started with you Caroline, I couldn't keep up with any of your programs. Today, I was even able to keep up with your tempo the whole way through. It's amazing just how you can motivate us to be our very best in so many ways. A huge thank you, beautiful and wonderful lady.

It took every ounce of motivation for me to do this one today. Partly because I waited until the afternoon, I didn't eat the healthiest breakfast, and I'm crampy! Thank you, Caroline! Today is my 40th birthday and I’ve been working out with you for a year now. I had these limiting beliefs that with my little kids at home, I couldn’t make the time for exercise and my body would never be as strong as it used to be. Well, you showed me otherwise. I now wake up every morning at 5am because I love doing your workouts and I can do more push-ups than I could when I was 18. I smashed this workout today, thanks to you, and I am so grateful! My legs are shot to bits! @Matthew - this week was tough, my abs said No today 😅 well done for adding that in 💥 💥 we’ve all done amazing to get this far. I’m beginning to think we may have started a movement (skuze the pun…) of the fittest over 40s ! #boom 😁

Caroline's HIIT workouts never disappoints, I could provide power for a small village with heat coming from my cheeks. 🔥🔥🔥 Great format of the longer minute set after the two shorter bursts of 4 x 20 second sets.

I collapsed like Caroline at the end! That last push of chest to floor burpees was a great finisher physically and mentally. I really enjoyed the timer and format. The x4 went fast when it’s only for 20 seconds. Favourite moves: sprawl to alt kicks, plank to toe touch. I liked how burpees/sprawls were interlaced with other moves. Music was spot on with my speed in a few places too which made it fun. I think this is one of my favourite pure HIITs.

I just crushed this workout for the first time and MANNN 😢.... I'm happy to say I crushed this workout from start to finish with barely any breaks and I feel like a BEAST!!!! The last 1/2 burpees and 60sec floor burpees nearly did me in 🥵.... I was literally peeling myself off the floor just to get to the finish line. Amazing amazing work CAROLINE 👏

I'm not a HIIT kind of girl but I did this and really enjoyed it. I always feel so powerful when performing kick thru's. Although I wasn't as fast as CG, I was still drenched in sweat. Such a great session. Thanks so much, Caroline!

This was just so much FUN! What a week for burpees huh? I am so happy and grateful that we have a new video everyday!. Oh and the add on for upper abs, wonderful. It just felt so good and right going back to HIIT on a Sunday. It really was a tough week. Thanks you Caroline thank you all for being such an inspiration, me dan ganas de vivir ☀️🔥❤️

Oh, my! Sweaty session for sure! Those 10 second rests were quick but knowing the work is only 20 seconds was incentive to get her done! Fun, quick and very doable! Enjoy CG World! This is a good one! Thank you Caroline for another fun, FUELed session!

That was intense!!! Some exercises really tested my will, but I never gave up! Looking back, I loved every second of the workout! So sweaty! 😵‍💫👍💪 But so happy!

Still going strong , day 20 two years after you put it out. I had to stop and breathe through some of those burpee formations but I never left… not an option. You are a beast Caroline.

Really had fun with this one -- the mini tabata sets + the long set really made this workout fly by. Felt sweaty without being too winded until that burpee finisher!!! Loved it. Will definitely come back when I need a feel-good sweaty sesh!

I loved the combination of 4 x 20 min + 1 x 60 min. It pushed me much more in each 20sec. It was a hard and great HIIT, flew by very fast!

For me one of the best HITs, because it was absolutely unique and interesting in its structure, especially when it came to one minute. The really Workout, starts, when you want so stop Ok, I could have stopped after 2/3. 🙈But it was supposed to be a challenge and it was. 👍 It was great, fantastic 🙌 Thanks a lot for this

This was a good one! My only critique of this and many of Caroline's HIIT workouts is the overuse of wrists. I'm fine with some weight on my hands but I switched out a few of the moves with standing moves.

I agree...I had to modify a couple times through this excellent, exhilarating workout. Mind you, I'm 63 and while in decent shape (and getting better quickly, thanks to finding CG a few months ago), I try to pay attention when body parts start to hurt. I'm in it for the long haul! Gotta keep all those parts working. I also broke my right wrist 3 years ago and have a plate in it, so this workout tested its limits.
