I never quit a gacha game so fast. 😐 Im at lv38 and already done with this game. Its boring! Doesnt get better or improve. I dont understand the "hype" Biggest issues are non the existing story, very repetive gameplay wich gets boring fast, Cave exploration is the most terrible content ever. I still havent touched any sidequest with this garbage. Pokemon dungeon did better.
No p2w ceiling. Artificially inflating power levels with some of the top power level players- this game is a cash grab. If they treated their hardcore players better, we would have brought more people on-board. I quit after spending $12,000USD in about two months. I whale games pretty hard, and learned the hard way that I am part of the problem. ROO is way too much. Spend or get left behind.

Should I pull Spathodea in her rerun with Shamane? I now I want her because I have Isolde, but I dont know how good Shamane is in case I get him. If not Ill get Spathodea in selector.
Or better yet, ditch this whole system and just have the mechanic to reroll the same echo pieces without having to discard the dead pieces. Saves more time and stress imo
Hey, been watching your videos on Reverse 1999 back previously, currently also playing ZZZ, really fun i would say as i did tried to watch all the story cutscene in ZZZ. Inter-Knot 34 now, F2P, not yet gotten Ellen ... Sad for me. I personally think ZZZ has improvement space and as a new player, i did enjoyed it. Oh yeah, recommend you get all Agent up to level 10 as each gives a free standard pull.
@@yuuboi i don't get perfect stats and tools to level up echos are expensive and so rare , i even tried to craft them but it's just impossible all the pain for 1000xp or 100
why go 10% fire damage on soldier 11, she doesnt build up burning that quickly anyway. esp if you run with disorder builds. seems like fang would be way better
I'm just playing for fun but progress so far in 2 days! next is just random grinds and quests and world exploring because there's no more story to continue
For me, I feel Ellen is harder to play because you are vulnerable when in dash charged attack and the whole chain takes like 3 seconds? So you'll be sitting ducks for 3 seconds trying to get those flash freeze stacks. For Zhu Yuan, she is so fluid. Shooting, dodging left and right. Jumping here and there. She seems easier to play. Her only issue is bullets but she got lots of avenues for bullets. Her ult, her skill, etc. Overall, I tried Ellen like 7 times alrd and still hate her playstyle. Dashing, charge attack. Like I have to find a moment and cancel my action when I see a flashing red or gold light. Zhu Yuan just pew pew, dodge left, dodge right. Parry, Lycaon in. Daze, ZY in. Lycaon in. Soukaku in, ZY back in. Then pew pew, win games. Seems like less research required. Of course Ellen can dish out more dps but you'll probably have to study enemy attacks and mald while using her.
@@KokkyGachas I see, I was thinking of some characters with built-in dmg% or atk% on their skills / kit or even supports that buffs as such which I would think that it might be a contender for those stats. I guess I will look at it as a net positive lower than atk%? (And substats give flat PEN only?)
@@jdrm3710 yea the pen % was a mistake on my part in the substat section. It's hard to say on the exact efficiency but on well built characters pen is likely worse. You will have to run the calcs using the dmg formula if u wanna see the difference.
@@KokkyGachas I see, thanks a lot! I wouldn't go that far as to do the calculations myself, but I hear PEN in the other games are absolutely nuts. I just don't know the ceiling of PEN% main stat vs the other stat that is generally optimal like elemental%. It's good to see a guide for disc that I could go towards for. Specially when talking about stats per role.
I feel like this game is such a mixed bag. It scores A+ in some aspects like presentation, animation, music and it scores a d in many other important aspects. One big minus for me is the enemy designs are super generic and without stakes in the world what's the point of even fighting. The tv totally destroys the pacing and feels like it is made as a cheap way to take up your time. And also the routine of going to bed every 5 minutes is mundane and will get old fast. In fact it all feels mundane crap to take up your time. We all know they make these games to keep our interest and take our money but zzz feels like it chose the laziest way to do it.
Its a B+/A- 6-7/10 so its a good game just not for everyone people got to accept that Gacha game or anything in life is not for everyone and not everyone has to play everything. This community in gacha become so brainrot to a point.... its GG. before GENSHIN no one would care this much on gacha game but after it become so popular the LOUD people are so brain dead. So this is a actual good review. Pros and cons all stated out a real critic. Okay my only grip with this video... IF YOU SKIP THE STORY DONT COMMENT ON THE STORY. The whole point is they a lot of HOLLOWS Zero current largest one that appears randomly destroyed the "old capital" which is Eridue now we are in new Eridue where life goes on and although they are many smaller sized hollow that appear randomly. At the point of the game human has found ways to navigate through life with the hollow and uses the etheral as a energy source to power up things. Then us a proxy whom is illegal professional people that navigate through this hollows ofcourse we can take commission etc. it make more sense than even in GI and HSR where we are servants this is our job we help people find missing item in follow, rescue people out of smaller hollows. So we don't know how hollows came about, we have so many more to explore. Like why a lot people who skip story can love Wuwa bsc wuwa you can skip everything and in the end the awesome cinematic come in that the whole point. Those whom read the story is actually losing out bsc it make the story seem so meh too even in 1.1 u skip everything that is skippable u still have the same knowledge as anyone whom never skip anything nth much really missed out hahaha. If people say that is good story telling then ok good for you imo that's bad story telling why even tell just do the cinematic why need waste that time. so comparing every story for me as everything now
My worry is that they will keep adding more and more “new” characters that play and look like the old/original characters just to keep players playing, creating redundancy to the point where the characters and their play styles no longer matter because everyone plays the same. Like what happened to Honkai Impact 3rd with all the variations and versions of the same characters.
For the story, yes it’s a big deal that the dome is around but they have forces that take care of it. Your character is supposed to be a normal person. Sure there’s wars that happen in real life but people still live their normal life.
Installed it on iPad, same day I uninstalled it. Few days after I installed it on PC and now I love it. Tip: Activate reverb effects, sound stage and sh* on your sound card if it has built in sound effects. It helps the game feel more arcade. Coz it is an arcade game.
I think people are misconstruing the idea of easy. It was quite evident to me ZZZ has a very dumbed down combat system that allows you to easily do stuff without doing stuff like the chain attacks etc (think fighting games that does a 5 combo with 1 input). The difficulty being low as well especially for the first 15-20 hours also doesn't help so i would say the easy here is both in complexity & in difficulty. Even in the end game, the combat is still simple but the difficulty spikes up simply due to hp sponges for the most part.
I enjoy the combat, the cutscenes, the characters, and animations. But all that gets killed every time I have to deal with the damn TV system. It's cute in moderation, but so frustrating when it's the entire foundation for exploration in this game.
remember all those cc's that trash the game now will be coming back once content for ZZZ comes out and rocks because they need the views. total hypocrites them haters.
I'm using macro for left click + E during combat (don't want to break my mouse left click). So in a fight, I just watch the screen and be waiting to press space for counter. Not the best damage output, but as long as the enemy is dead then all good 😂
5:30 Ukraine is at war with Russia, does that mean they can't have a normal life, go to school, have fun, etc? The hollow isn't going to go away anytime soon, so it's natural for people to find a sense of normalcy in times of crisis, otherwise people will go insane. In contrast, I think it's actually quite realistic. You can see how the whole economy is configured towards fighting the hollow, or at the very least configured towards resolving issues caused by the hollow.

Why did you skip the story? I understand skipping Genshin, and maybe HSR/WuWa, but ZZZ deserves a chance with how much personality it has. Everyone trying to rush to the end just to miss what I think is the best part of ZZZ. Combat is fluid, fun and exciting, exploration is unique and filled with detail. Characters have souls. I have higher hopes for ZZZ than Genshin and HSR combined. "TV is bad because I skip through the story..." C'mon now.
Combat is slow and boring, there's no exploration, characters are obnoxious, and the lore is really bad, like an american cartoon for kids... i can't even comprehend how can you compare the lore of this garbage to HSR...
At first I feel just okish with the game but as it progress I'm kindda liking it more and more. Playing wuwa and this game together. Maybe as age is catching up with me, I do prefer a lot more layback kindda styles of game where I can just relax and at the same time enjoy the fights and other things in the game. Rewards wise is a lot better compare to other hoyo games but the gatcha summonings on getting S rank chars is still very low. Need to save up a lot as f2p to pull on the char and their weps tho. Definitely, not as friendly to f2p as wuwa.
