As a person with multiple passions, I find myself looking for all of them to maintain my positive mindset and find joy and fulfillment in my life. Sometimes, it does get a bit overwhelming and sometimes it does leave me feeling a bit empty, but that's just a part of being a person who loves to do a lot of things at once, haha! If you are someone who loves to do a lot of things and have multiple passions, here are a few tips that have helped me manage my hobbies/passions: 🫧 Create a Bucket List every month, prioritizing all my hobbies and passions to do once a day, at least. 🫧 Create Theme-Days for yourself, like drawing on Monday, Reading on Tuesday....etc. But I find even this tip sometimes does not work. I make themes, but do all my hobbies daily even if I take out 5 mins for them, which makes the next tip a little bit better than the last one. 🫧 Choose a three things to do daily, one of which provides you fulfillment. If you have multiple hobbies, then divide that task into Primary and Secondary. Focus more on doing the Primary one, and keep the Secondary one as a backup. If you find time, do it. If not, don't berate yourself for it. 🫧 Time Management: I know that managing your hobbies with work can seem overwhelming, and also not doing the things that you enjoy to do can leave you feeling empty. It's all about balance, and only TIME MANAGEMENT can help you with that! Check out my RU-vid Channel for a detailed video! Link in the Bio! Love the name of your channel. Oh Gratitude!! one of the most empowering yet most underrated and dare I say neglected qualities of daily interpersonal human interaction. Subscribed!
@@gratitudewithgaurisha Thanks! I try to cobble together my thoughts as best as my limited constitution allows 😅 You spoke about your reading preferences so I would like to ask: (1)Are you a student of Eng Lit? (2)Do you read poetry or have any fav poets? I love poetry, my favourite being the Big Five of the Romantic Era (Wordsworth, Coleridge, Byron, Shelley, Keats).
@@aaronbarron6292 I am not studying english literature. And yess, I love reading poetry!! Some of my fav poets are Robert Frost, Wordsworth, Mary Oliver, Walt Whitman!
@@gratitudewithgaurisha Wow... some of the poets you favour have given me a serious cause to pause and re-evaluate my poetic procleveties. I must confess, my partiality towards the Romantics (bordering on dogmatic) has been to my detriment, for it has left me scarcely aware of all the other poetical possibilities on offer. I shall endeavour to change that going forward in my long overdue bid to broaden my poetical horizons. Checking out the likes of Frost, Oliver, and Whitman shall be the first step in that journey. I appreciate you sharing some of your favourites. I'll see you around!
Must needed video!!! After listening 🎧 to all this one thing came to my mind "Itni shiddat se maine tumhe paane ki koshish ki hai... ki har zarre ne mujhe tumse milane ki saazish ki hai. Kehte hain agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaho toh puri kainaat usse tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai"❤
Good one Gaurisha.! only one time you made the use of filler-Right?. Keep up the good work.!!. And the bonus tip that you offered, I am definitely going to follow that .. Thanks for this video :)
Here are a few ways you can do that! 👇 1. Manage your time! On holidays, focus on following your hobbies and passions! 2. Focus on what you used to do as a child and pick up those things! 3. Take classes (or watch youtube videos) on different topics! 4. Think about your values. What do you align with the most? 5. Be open to fail. You cannot be perfect in everything! 6. Take risks! Start that business! Do bungee jumping! Take a paint brush and draw. 7. Learn to look stupid! And let people laugh at you because you know you are growing as a person! And in the beginning, you need to learn from your mistakes! 8. Be around people who encourage you in your endeavours! 9. Be curious, ask questions! And lastly, 10. Enjoy your life! Because every moment is precious. You should live your life to the fullest so that when you look back when you are old, you should be able to say that you enjoyed every moment of it! Read books, write books, start businesses, bungee jump (or ropeway), paint, draw, do origami, make youtube videos, invent something, travel the world! 📖🧋🛺 Don't wait too late for anything because life is happening now! 🫶✨️ All the best! 💖
