This is a very different video from what I usually make. This is a sort of vlog if my nighttime routine. Of course, I don't follow it every single. It is obviously not possible, but I try to follow it when I am in a need for some special self-care, or when I need to slow down.

So, here is a sample of nighttime routines that I feel would help you have a structure:
1. clean your surroundings.
2. don't use phone two hours before you sleep
3. follow a skincare routine i.e cleansing, toning and moisturizing.
4. dim the lights if you can
5. journal your thoughts out. write about the day. especially write about things that went well today and things you want to improve tomorrow.
6. after that, you can do whatever you want: read books, have a foot bath, have a shower (before skincare, ofc), talk to family and friends.
7. don't forget to hydrate! and sleep early!
