Hello Everybody!
Welcome to a Sunday in my life where I show how I take care of myself during hectic college days. Going to college can be both fun and tiring, and it is important to take care of myself.
I've followed a few hobbies that add more joy to my life, like baking an artisan loaf, meditating, writing morning pages and journaling. Also, I find shopping very energy-giving too (who doesn't love a good retail therapy?!)
I also studied a bit, because I do find joy in studying. It may seem counterintuitive to people but studying allows me to ground down and stay in the present! I love studying, haha!
The things I have shown in the video are very simple, and I find them extremely energy giving! I truly enjoyed recording the video, and editing it too!
