After fluid change if you get a traction light on dash and clunking when you shift disconnect battery for about 10 minutes. Im telling you from experience
I had this exact problem. Sears parts direct want $60 and 10 days to get a new coil pack. The wire was molded into it and not interchangeable. I took a short piece of 14/2 romex and pulled out the black wire, stripped about 1/2” off each end and jammed it into each of the chewed plug wire ends, and then gorilla glued it in place. Unorthodox as heck, but it saved me time and money, and it’s been running that way for 10 years.
It depends on your mower. Some have a 12v ignition wire and a ground wire. Others just have a 12v wire and they ground through the base of the solenoid when it's bolted to the tractor.
I tried to explain how to do it. I did not show loosening the fill and drain plugs or adding the fluid. I feel like that would make the video a lot longer and that was not necessary because it was just loosening and tightening bolts. Thanks for your input, I'm just trying to help people out so they don't need to spend unnecessary money at a garage.
I didn't show the loosening and tightening of each bolt. That wasn't necessary. I made the video as short as I could and straight to the point with the step by step directions.
I have just replaced four post solenoid in my mower but still getting the clicking noise so been watching other videos and they are just conflicting as to weather it's the solenoid or the starter motor not working or handed have had this issue from a long time now I will get it started but the next time I want to use the mower all I get is the clicking from solenoid
We're a small church that is currently between pastors. The best thing about your small church is they tend to be more personal, the people know your name, the pastor knows your name and tend to treat you like family. We are the church, the buildings are just buildings we meet in. We just have to remember to do what the Bible says , put God first. You would be surprised what you can accomplish with a few tvs and a projector or two. We've tried to create an blend of traditional country church with a touch of contemporary. We've made some mistakes along the way, and lrarned from them and do our best to move forward and be the church that God wants us to be.
You don't even need to break the bead on the other side. Just break one side, cut the valve out, stuff the tube in, fish the valve through, and you're done.
When putting the tire back on the tool just spins. It’s not biting the tire or wheel anywhere is just spins forever. I’ve tried a million different things, soapy water, WD40 I just don’t understand how to get any leverage on the tire to pop the second half back on. Any advice?
Tighten the nut that holds the wheel. It needs to be really tight. Sometimes I hold the tire with one hand and turn the tool with the other. Once you get the bead half on make sure your pushing that side down towards the center of the wheel where the rim is the smallest. I hope that makes sense.
Hello and thanks for the video, i was wondering if it 4 or 6 cylinders, and for me i have 2,3l exo boost i did some research on google Automatic transmission fluid need 9qt. Thank tou again.
Might still want to do that to make sure there aren't any thorns or stones in there, not criticizing this method, it's how I do my bike tires but just a heads up.
Very knowledgeable and professional, thanks you really helped me with the fill plug loose first 6 point socket, they really tighten up the fill plug! 164000 miles on mine!
@@ablgarage yes battery fully charged, starter is good replaced with a new one aswell. Go to start just clicks and nothing still have tried a few solenoids and no luck.
Thanks. Your initial comment about loosening the fill bolt FIRST was absolutely correct. I drained my tranny fluid and then discovered I couldn't break loose the fill bolt. Had to replace the fluid using that skinny dipstick tube...not fun! You didn't mention that a single drain 'n fill is insufficient. It requires doing it 3 times with some driving in between drain and fills. I completed my fluid change over the course of several days. I used a drain container with volume marks so I knew I was replacing volume for volume, and of course, after the 3 D and F's checked the level
Inflate the tube out of the box 1st to see if it holds pressure then deflate it! It will give more flexibility when trying to stuff it in the rim & pull the valve stem thru & place it in evenly around!
Can someone help me or am I'm worrying about nothing? I have the 7000 series kt725 22 hp 725 cc on my Toro Timecutter. Anyway I bought the tuneup kit and it came with the kohler oil filter..but as I was about to take off the old filter i noticed it said Kohler pro performance on it and it's a little longer then the new one that came in the tune kit for the 7000? Can I still put that none pro performance that's shorter then the original...?!?!
You can still use it. I have ran into this issue with Kohler oil filters and I have never had a problem using a shorter one. But I have heard filters being to short and when threading them onto the block it they seal off and no oil will flow through them. So definitely use caution. Good luck
Adding moisture to the inside of the tire is just asking for rust. Where’s your tire pressure gauge? Why clamp the valve stem when an inexpensive valve core tool wouldn’t risk damage by using clamping pliers?
What do you do if after inflating the tube the valve stem slips inside the hole and can't be pulled out? Just hope you never have to fill the tube with air again? After I released the vice grip it just flew back inside the tire lol
Have you ever seen a tire on your car get changed? They use soapy water on the bead to get the tire on the rim. If you don't like it don't watch. Your air compressor air is also full of moisture. Go to a gas station and fill your tire with air and there is moisture in it. Thanks for your input. Send me a link to your video that shows how to do it. Thanks for watching
