Professionally shot, sometimes silly, motorcycle videos, and LightMode bikelife all wrapped up in one delicious burrito called: The Mr. LightMode RU-vid Channel :)
Every LightMode kit I sell helps support me and allows me to keep creating new products. Thank you for your support!
In Germany this is illegal and you sure would get a ticket for it :D In germany its also illegal to have lights insight your car that are viewable from the outside to other drivers. That is mostly to the fact that this might distract other drivers by turning their head etc. instead of focussing on the street.
I wish they would update the motorcycle gear and accessories laws. I get having restrictions on things like lightmode helmets while driving. Like no blinking or strobing, or emergency colors. But a lot of states allow a underglow on bikes legally now because they realize it helps a lot at night. They just dont allow color changes, blinking, strobes, or emergency color combos while on the road driving. So a single color that doesnt change should be legal. Its a better option than reflective tape. I would argue that lights are less distracting as the light is visible constantly. Not like with reflective strips, which a vehicle has to have lights pointed at to work, so its more of a pop up warning. And it would be DOPE as hell to see cops using them.
Helmets aren’t designed to have these stupid things attached to them. Maybe it doesn’t affect its function, but I’m not risking my brain matter for some silly led lights.
people that brag that they got things cheaper on sites like Temu, not realizing things like that are so cheap due to Forced labour yeah $200 is expensive but bragging you got it cheaper isn't a good thing
It's a really cool kit ngl, and as a college student who studies computer science I can see the quality and technology design that went into this thing, but as a student 249 usd is crazy for me
The moment you started talking about yours I could see why it is much better. Too expensive for me but I can see why someone would choose it. The 1 year warranty does somewhat justify the price.
thats a great way to advertise your product ! :D just actual reallife reactions and conversations. i dont understand why this could be illegal it even helps to see bikers even better.
Ok then, why do you think he'd need a card to do that, you do realise that makes absolutely NO SENSE.... There's some really clueless comments here....
We don't design them for specific helmets. Rather, we designed our kits to fit all types of helmets. As long as there is surface area for the Night Shift LED strips to stick to, then you can attach them to your helmet. You can test fit before you buy by printing out the PDF template and cutting out the LED strip shapes: lightmodehelmets.com/templates
I cant se this beeing illiga. Its not obstructive lights, its more for looks and moust of all for safety. I would push for this to be mandatory. We bikers know that as a biker people rearly see us. thats why we rev in trafikk to be heared so ppl are aware.
ffs dont move when you back hurts!, I knew a guy who crashes his car , he told me, when he took of the seatbelt, that move made him a quadriplegic. :( Tetraplegia, also known as quadriplegia, is defined as the dysfunction or loss of motor and/or sensory function in the cervical area of the spinal cord.[1] A loss of motor function can present as either weakness or paralysis leading to partial or total loss of function in the arms, legs, trunk, and pelvis.
