Will there be any updates on animations from your LightMode app? Also can you make one that’s black for the night shift kit? White is cool but it doesn’t go with many people styles . So far I love it but reconnecting it to the app every time I turn it on is always annoying but it’s not bad.

Thomas, I tried purchasing your product twice. 1st my order was cancelled because they said it couldn't be verified because of the VPN. 2nd time I ordered, the email said that my address was non existent. Weird because I ordered via PayPal, and my address has been on there for years! No company has ever told me that before. However, instead of just contacting me to verify the address, you guys just canceled my order and never reply back to my emails. Whoever hand is your customer service, it's terrible! It feels like you guys didn't want my little $271, And that's terrible. You lose sales without customer service!

But I'm miserable cause some girl pushed me off my bike and the bike crushed the left foot, so been out of action for ages. I was super excited to be one of the first to show it off at my bike meets. But someone beat me to it 😅. Stuck mine to the airflite trumbull with the rubber Mohawk. Can't wait to see what the cops at our bike meet say about the cop colour flash 😆 haha anyway peace out m8, ride safe.

Hello i have a concern about my order, i ordered Light Mode nightshift and the next day i got a email it says "We've cancelled your order" because that the "Billing Street address doesn't match credit card's registered address" The address is correct lucking only place which is (Lachine ). and it's already deducted to my credit card. can i get refund?
