I'm back (sort of)! Today we unbox the LightMode Venom kit and install it on a Shoei GT Air. Full Tron mode, here we go!

I think the great thing about these helmets is that they make the rider appear more conspicuous (without blinding or overly distracting other road users) and this is exactly why many countries are mandating the use of daytime running lights in order to reduce accidents. Great stuff.

the product idea is great...! pros: it looks awesome! ideas for improvements; 1.The price 2.The cable perhaps can be changed to a ribbon type. 3.the power dock design perhaps can be placed where the power inputs are further down to the helmet so its more flush when installing..... seriously, if the price is more affordable, this would be a hit in my country and i would love to be an authorized reseller for you....

The last video you had. There were some Vancouver PD talking to you that it would be good for their motorbike officers. Just curious if you’ve heard back from any police departments for your product? Also do you have this kit for riding jackets?

I have not been contacted by police other than one officer to tell me that it is actually legal where I live. I also have not reached out as I do not see why the police would need my product when they have much more powerful lights already. I don't have kit for jackets, sorry.

As long as there is surface area on your helmet to stick the lights and mount to, it can be installed on any helmet. You can test fit before you buy by printing a PDF template and cutting out the shapes: www.lightmodehelmets.com/templates

Cheap and good don't usually go together. Check our HJC helmets in your price range. Not the best, but decent bang for the buck.

Hey i ordered my KIT a week ago, i live in germany it says the shipping takes normaly 7-22days, will it stay like this eventhough with all this covid stuff?

It's really hard to say. Most shipments have been arriving on time despite COVID, but Germany's cases and deaths keep going up and I know you guys have a stricter lockdown than us, so I wouldn't be surprised if there is a bit of a delay. Also, Christmas time is usually super busy for shipping companies, but hopefully they can manage the increased volume this month. Thanks for ordering!
