OK so for the beginners- your 3 way will be placed in 9 oclock position and your multipurpose valve (valve on top of filter) will be put on close (always turn off your pump before changing settings on your multipurpose valve) - plug the jet before removing ionizer pipe otherwise water will pour. Once those steps are completed- you can begin removing old ionizer and installing new one.
Why change an ionizer once a year if it’s still in good working order the next year, and will it last longer if you take it off during the closing season?
I need help with getting my water clear from well, rusty water. We just got it up and running last night and have added 2 gallons of bleach. How long should it take to clear up? I'm praying that we have done everything right to open it. Would love some help.
SHOULD BE A VIDEO ON CHEMICAL TESTING & COPPER IRONIZER TESTING & ADJUSTING....A video would mean less calls to the company for answers. Educate the customers should be a must.
@@ContractorPoolPro I really need help to with clearing up our water. Just opened it last night. How long should it take for the water to clear up from well, rusty water. Its not so rusty that it look like mud, rather very cloudy rusty water. Should I add anything other than the bleach? Thank you.
Well one thing I definitely am not as a pool chemist. That being said if you have a high iron or mineral content in your water you might consider getting something called iron out. I only install these I don't even get to enjoy them
Let's face it it's not the best vacuum cleaner in the world. But what I used it I've been able to use it for 30 45 minutes at a time without there being any issue before I leave a customer's house
No it should not overflow your skimmer do you have a valve below your skimmer if so more than likely you have it closed to the skimmer which is causing it to back up
I love you videos, I like how you explain everything step by step, they are very useful. With this video I think you cut it kind short, so what do you do after you take out the caskets???
After you take out the gaskets. Store everything away for the next season. I would cover the skimmer with a bag so no water goes down the pipe. Pull your stairs and add your winter pillow and pool cover
I just got my pool installed, is getting fill with water I know I have to back watch it 2x and rise 2x. Add the two gallons of bleach, but what I don’t know is do I leave the pump running for 2 days?? Do I leave the pump running while we are in the pool??? please help!!!!!
The only reason you should even actually that valve one you want to have a vacuum your pool when you go to vacuum your pool you will have the off arrow pointing at your main drains so the handle would aim at the skimmer. The only reason I can think of is if you need to it into your basket on the
I will do a video on that next time I get to a full pool. But if you turn your multi-port valve to closed. And if you unscrew the jet eye. You can put a inch and a half PVC plug in there.
Josh and his boy installed our pool last Jun 16th 2022. I wish I would of recorded a Timelapse like this. I have recommended him for so many every time I tell people about my pool and how great the whole experience has been. I always tell the person make sure you request him. If you in the area feel free to stop by for a dip and another late night dinner… Thanks again Josh you made the whole experience top notch!
How has this pool season been. And if you are telling people about the work I do I appreciate that. Feel free to give them my number and I can guide them
What it comes down to balancing or water I'm definitely not a pool chemist but I would say as long as your pH is right your alkalinity is right and you're free chlorine is right your water should be pretty clear.
