So it's a Caverns for ppl who like darker, heavier stuff- got it, literally speaking- it's on its way to me in the mail as we speak. I managed t get one for 135 bucks- couldn't pass that up. I owned the Caverns before, and I constantly kick myself for selling it. I was changing over from a tube amp to a modeler though- and didn't think I would ever need my pedals again- lol, imagine that. I'm still playing a modeler- UAFX Lion 68- but at least now I'm back tom analogue pedals and building my own board. I hated having everything in one unit- so boring. Jack of all trades, master of none- almost every effect in it was just ok, it would suffice- but that was about it.
I got one of these used today for $199 inning condition and a Crybaby wah also mint for $40 ! I’m running a JHS Notaklon as a boost and they work PERFECTLY together ! Through a Supro Thunderbolts MK11 with the 15” speaker - it’s unbelievable! I lost my original 60’s Valco Supro Thunderbolt , my Dunlop Rotovibe , my Strat and my wah in pawn because of heroin :( I’ve been sober since March 17th 2023 and life is good . Never looking back . I bought my original rotovibe for $70 and now they are $400 . So this Keeley makes up for the roto with an added expression pedal .
Limited Run. I almost bought the original HALO pedal but got the ECCOS instead for it's wicked flanging tricks. I like this straight forward HALO pedal better anyway! And,, all gone.
The thing about the Nobels is that there is a layer of distortion below the one most folks hear. If you pick carefully, you can hear when you get past the lower level and are not quite to the upper level. This is the Nobels sweet spot with max headroom and still the useful low lever distortion. Most folks hit the strings to hard to notice this.
Why only 300??? I'm saying this as a Keeley fan. All you're doing is giving some more oxygen to scalpers... Make these part of your non-limited line-up and they will sell as hot cakes.
No-one intrigued by the presence of the Two Rock and Suhr?! Id live to hear Amdy play the TR. Make a change from all the blues stuff we usually hear! Lovely playing and tones
Went to get one 6hours after the video and I find “sold out” 🥲. Oh well. I never really bonded with the original due to the presets management (only goes Up, but not backwards, and no midi) so i couldn’t just keep it for one sound only. I liked it but it had to go. The Halo Core seems better and straight to the point. I wish to see the Halo Core back in stock. Congratulations Andy and Keeley.
I love this pedal its amazing ❤❤really i love Nashville really im a guitarist and i live in italy im 23 years old you are my inspiration really you are an amazing artist really Andy my name is mahdi finally this august im coming in Nashville with my dad im so happy ❤❤❤❤⭐🌟⭐🎸🎸🎸😊😊I love this pedal 😊😊
I wonder if they only limited it to 300 because they’re making their own enclosures on this one. Enclosure work isn’t easy and can take a long time to manufacture. Also at only $200 you’d ideally want to sell about 3-4 thousand of these, not just 300. So it doesn’t add up for them to only sell 300. If not they should consider full timing this pedal in a different color way as to not ruin the limited edition of the first 300.
@@chrisfityep, can see them coming out with the “Halo Core Exp” with added expression jack and it’ll be part of the main line up. No way they’ll leave money on the table either with only 300 released and huge demand.
Honestly, the AT Halo setting is the only one I loved out of the pedal. The other sounds were good but just couldn’t compare. AT and Keeley just knocked it out of the park with the Halo. I’d buy a Halo Core in a heartbeat if they do another run
I'm broke or I would get one! That one & the original are some of the coolest pedals I've ever heard! I just saw a video about the HALO pedal a couple of weeks ago for the first time!
