The Parallax offers the delay side of the legendary Caverns paired with unique Shoegaze inspired reverbs of the Realizer in one pedalboard friendly enclosure. On one side of the Parallax, analog-style modulated delays create a soft bed of warm repeats, while the other side builds Reverse setting-vibrato swirls (great for those who don’t have a vibrato arm on their guitar) to ambient modulations to form perfect pools of reverb reflection. When both sides are paired together, the Parallax offers the perfect end-of pedalboard solution for Shoegaze, Ambient, and Experimental tone seekers.

Oh yeah- try the Neutrino V1- worst pedal I've ever owned. I love Keeley pedals, and this is the only one I've ever found that I didn't like, but man did the drop the ball on it.

I really like this pedal! I wondered about the dip switches inside the pedal. What they sounded like in comparison? A bonus surprise from Keeley, folks. Also one dip switch near the output jacks when switched one way it killed the signal. What is that?

From what I can tell this, also a Caverns user and owner, this seems like almost the same pedal but with different reverb types. Everything else looks the exact same

@@hisdudeness09it is. The delay is the caverns delay. This re-echo is just a second option aside from the caverns for more shoegaze style players.

Yes, it's the reverb from the Realizer and the delay from the Caverns.

@@erikzen1 The reverb from the Loomer, but modified a bit. A Hall that you can blend a shimmer into, a Reverse reverb, and Focus. So, it’s like the Loomer and Caverns had a kid kinda.

I got this because slowdive/mbv simp. I wish the blend let the reverb get wetter. I wish the octave up and chorus could be used/dialed at same time.

When redesigning this from the Caverns you should have thought about adding a tap tempo. Why didn´t you add it?

I've personally never used tap tempo. To me, a delay doesn't have to sit in time. I just set it according to a feeling. Sometimes long, sometimes short, depending on what it does to a riff, lick or melody. This pedal isn't designed to be for people that want to sound like The Edge or others that need clear rhythmic delay.

So it's a Caverns for ppl who like darker, heavier stuff- got it, literally speaking- it's on its way to me in the mail as we speak. I managed t get one for 135 bucks- couldn't pass that up. I owned the Caverns before, and I constantly kick myself for selling it. I was changing over from a tube amp to a modeler though- and didn't think I would ever need my pedals again- lol, imagine that. I'm still playing a modeler- UAFX Lion 68- but at least now I'm back tom analogue pedals and building my own board. I hated having everything in one unit- so boring. Jack of all trades, master of none- almost every effect in it was just ok, it would suffice- but that was about it.
