I just spied 3 pork sausages in my fridge and thought I must cook those tomorrow. Then I saw this recipe, hiding in your kitchen. I believe I’ve had this soup as a left-over that my mom brought home. I think I remember it being good. I just wish I would’ve had it when it was freshly made, so this looks delicious!

Soup is really wonderful for extending your budget, and using extra ingredients you might have hanging out in quantities too small for another purpose. I would suggest, for anyone without an immersion blender and if you don't want to get involved with a food processor, you can mash some or all of the beans with a potato masher beforehand. It would be chunkier, but I think it would still turn out great.
Soup has been sounding so good lately, so this dropped at the perfect time! I’m not really a black bean fan but I would for sure enjoy scooping the soup with some of the purple bag of Doritos 😂 Great recipe and video Mrs. Stephanie! 😁🙌
