Not sure. I think vegetables and plenty of water are good for constipation. 🤔

我這些花旗參片很厚,所以我一開始就放進去。薄片的可以遲一點才下。我有的時候開始下一半,最後15分鐘再下一半。

If you keep the bread in the fridge for the second proof, it is better to let them come back to room temperature.

Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) I made my own pie crust. It is okay to use an already-made pie crust. 2) This pie crust recipe is relatively simple and lighter than usual. 3) Fold and press the dough; please don't knead it. You will have a layered crust by following my instructions. 4) I like to add some sugar to the crust because the filling is salty. This is a well-balanced pie. 5) You can use leek and ham to replace onion and bacon. 6) I used cream in the video. It is good to use full-fat milk too. Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Use good quality pork shoulder butt. It is very tender. 2) I like to use a little bit of five spices, but you can skip them. 3) Use potato starch instead of cornstarch. 4) Fry the pork for 5 to 6 mins on medium heat. Take the pork out and let the pork rest for 1 min or 2. Then put the pork back into the hot oil for a while. That would make the pork very crispy. 5) Heat up the sauce first before adding the pork and vegetables. If you like my recipe, please like and share this video. Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Five spices are optional. 2) First, I like mixing the eggs with the flour to eliminate all the lumps. You can sift the flour. I can't be bothered. 3) You can enjoy the pancake plain. I like to eat them with some congee. You can also wrap something inside. I used sausage, cheese, and lettuce this time. Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Use pork shoulder butt. The thicker pork shoulder butt with bone would be even better. I couldn't find the good ones before shooting. Typical. 2) Cook the rice the day before and keep it in the fridge overnight. 3) I added a pinch of salt to the eggs, but the video didn't show. 4) If you can't find Chinese sweet vinegar, you can use balsamic vinegar. 5) Be generous with the cheese. Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Use Korean zucchini. It tastes fantastic! 2) You can add 1 tsp of Korean chilli paste inside if you can take the heat. Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) You can use the same way to cook pig trotters or knuckles 2) Clean the trotters properly. 3) Keep stirring while you reduce the sauce.
