It is okay to use an already-made pie crust. 2) This pie crust recipe is relatively simple and lighter than usual. 3) Fold and press the dough; please don't knead it. You will have a layered crust by following my instructions. 4) I like to add some sugar to the crust because the filling is salty. This is a well-balanced pie. 5) You can use leek and ham to replace onion and bacon. 6) I used cream in the video. It is good to use full-fat milk too. Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Use good quality pork shoulder butt. It is very tender. 2) I like to use a little bit of five spices, but you can skip them. 3) Use potato starch instead of cornstarch. 4) Fry the pork for 5 to 6 mins on medium heat. Take the pork out and let the pork rest for 1 min or 2. Then put the pork back into the hot oil for a while.
