I 100% agree with your views on the Blackpill and with the steroids and some nutrition advice, but there is no way that exercising is bad for you if done naturally without steroids, such as weight lifting and doing cardio, it has been researched countless times that exercise reverses aging, exercise allows more efficient oxygen flow to strengthen heart and lungs, it protects against heart attack, obviously some athletes drop dead doing cardio because of a pre-exisiting underlying genetic heart condition, i don't know why you think exercise is bad for you, there is just no biological way that's true.
Don't do it. They give you power (general condition) and by extension also wisdom. I had 2 come through and it hurt like hell (for weeks), but i endured and now it is fine. There are people with too small jaw and no other recourse than taking them out, but this is a last resort. My dentist wanted to take mine out without any exta thought, i said no thank you.
There were studies in the 60s that clearly showed using topical testosterone propionate worked incredibly for anti aging your face; for those who have already done the damage.
honestly, I dont think weight loading 3-4 times a week would be so bad especially for people who work in an office all day... that being said without collagen and animal products you will get older for sure. with adequate fats and protein its not as bad

Hey Goatis, from what I know you used to live in Germany for some time. I was wondering where you got your meat from, especially organs. I have eaten raw veal liver a couple of times now but it still tastes kind of weird to me... I buy it at the Rewe Frischetheke. Is that stuff alright and I just have to get used to the taste or is there something wrong with it? I looked into sourcing organs (and muscle meat) online but it's quite expensive unfortunately. I'd love to hear how you did it when you were living in Germany 🙂
The truth is girls aren’t attracted to muscles but they like it. They only like it only good looking guys unlikes ugly men. This is because when they see muscles on ugly men, girls find it as too masculine, intimidating, and threatening all because of their bad face. When girls see muscles on good looking men, they know their muscles are there to protect them and do good things because of their face. Also when you’re ugly and have muscles, people find it in a way where you try too much and look pathetic unlike good looking people. When they do it, it looks more natural because they don’t have to do it
I dont agree with many things you say, but roidtroons annoy me to no end. I have been offered gear AT THE GYM like 3 times already. they are no better than drug dealers with heroin or whatever. they multiply by bringing the impressionable kids into their drug abusing cult.
in modern gyms they use circus mirrors and special bright lighting to make a slave appear a certain type a way so he/she keeps coming back. You don't look the same when flexing at home mirror as you would in the gym mirror. it's a trap/scam at it's finest!

Binge watching @Goatis. I hadn't eaten meat for a long time. I have started on carnivore..fresh milk is absolutely delicious. When you think about it the govt did a giant push on veganism the past several years. Whatever the govt says do the opposite and you will win! I fell for it because I am such an animal lover but my body is absolutely telling me I need this protein. I will see how it goes!! Bought liver today!
