I'm not going to tell say that agree with most of what you preach (I do not), but I do admire your passion about what you believe. As a 57 year old Alpha-male who used to compete in Power-Lifting and Body-Building we do become a "slave" to the Iron and dieting it takes to build strength and size. But personally I enjoyed most of what I did - there is a natural high you get from taxing and testing your body daily. And I do not believe you for a second when you say that muscles look bad/obese/slaves ..etc.. That kind of talk comes from people who don't have any muscles or size. And trust me on this one my friend - shallow as it might be most American Women are very attracted to muscles. I got 10x the action and sex from women out of my league because of my physique period. You always tout how us humans in the past didn't eat vegetables or grains/seeds, but us humans didn't live nearly/very long as recently as just 100 years ago. I think there is a balance to be found between your retro-dieting philosophy and modern diets. I believe deep-down you know this and probably agree with this. Am I wrong?

Some exercises, my main point would be pull-ups, seem to increase shoulder width. I have personally seen some friends go through that.
