👋 Salut, bonjour, bonsoir! I'm Cassy, your native French tutor!
If you are a beginner or intermediate and want to learn French in a clear and fun way, you have come to the right place.
Once a week, I will teach you the language through everyday activities that you can easily put into practice. I will also introduce you to French culture and cuisine, and teach you how to speak like we do in Paris 😜
To show you how my method works, I'm going to give you tips and show you how I manage to learn and speak several languages while having fun,
I enjoyed this so much!!! I wasn't sure what to expect when I clicked on your video, but I loved the idea of your cats starring in a funny French video! And the occasional pop-up with some French grammar explanations was super helpful. Yes, I'm waiting for the sequel (and troisquel and quatrequel....)
@@tricesmith2771 I'm so glad you enjoyed the video. Let's be honest, they are the real stars of this channel so it was fair they had their own episode. And why not episodeS 😁
Merci pour cette video :))) J'ai appris les mots câlins, coincée, menton, et va-t-en! J'ai doncs de nouveaux mots à pratiquer avec mon copain français!!!
Hi again., unfortunately the link to the ChatGPT prompts and the link your news letter are not connecting... ive followed the Instagram, I will check there for more info.😊M
@@martinauckland Hey Martin, welcome on the channel! I'm so glad you like my content :) Here is the new link to get the ChatGPT prompt list subscribepage.io/44b2z6 Full transparency here, I'm switching systems and I haven't updated all the links yet. But it will be all good soon, I promise! See you on Instagram too! (don't hesitate to dm me there)
Si (if) is the French equivalent to the Spanish Si (if). Eng: if you want Spanish: Si quieres French: Si tu veux. (Of course Si is Spanish for "yes",) and Oui is French for "yes." Bon Video Cassy🙂
Hi Cassy, In the 2nd clip, he seems to speak very fast. A lot of french movies I watch, i would not be able to follow what they say without sous-titres. Is he actually saying all of what is shown in the dialogue or is there a lot of contraction, esoecially the last sentence? Tom
It's absolutely ok that you need subtitles. The more you will listen and study french, the easier it will get. Then you will switch to french subtitles, then nothing 😁 he has a Parisian accent so yes, he uses a lot of contractions indeed. But that's real spoken french (in the northern part of France) so it is good to get your ear used to this way of speaking 👍
Je peux te dire que ça n'a pas marché avec mon chien, elle s'est endormie 😅😂. Mais c'est quand même une super vidéo et c'est sûr que c'est toujours en étant soi-même que l'on réussit !
Hey 👋, not necessary at all. Here it indicates that I am changing the topic of the conversation. But it is one option among others to convey my message.

"En revanche" implies an opposition, a bit like "however". "Par rapport à" is more straight forward, there is a simple link between two things. It can rresponds to "related to"
I like to think of French administration as a video game. Once you collect all of the pieces you can unlock the next level. It can be frustrating, but it's so satisfying when you finally succeed!
