I have many times sauteed pasta with ham and onions, but the addition of eggs and green onions takes it to a whole new level. Thanks for this recipe Kevin!
Mmmmh. Can't remember how often I already cooked Schinkennudeln. So good. Only make Schinkennudeln without the cheese and often make Käsenudeln (cheese pasta) then without the ham as a separate dish. But hey, everything is better with chesse. ;)
I was having trouble getting my hands on real hot dog buns one day here in my country so I used mini ciabattas as a substitute, honestly never going back. nice recipe. will try it. thanks. and thanks to yt too for the recommendation.
LOL. I never know until the last minute. However, I do have a short list of ones I want to make once the weather cools down: a chowder, a few stir frys, a couple of baked desserts. I'll try to do some more videos like this.
I can't wait to make this. I LOVE the dressing you made up. Most ppl put some sort of sugar in it. The way you make this is going to become my lunch and supper salad. I love to make my cucumber salad with the same dressing. I use cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced cucumber and thinly sliced onion. LOVE it.
