Pork in a tasty sauce, mixed into rice. Simple and satisfying.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lbs (680g) pork, small bite size
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup whiskey
1 tbsp corn starch
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil on medium heat in fry pan. Add pork and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes.
2. Add orange juice, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
3. Dissolve cornstarch in whiskey. Stir into pork mix and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
4. Mix in rice.
