I suppose you're a libertarian so that's why you can't see it but ever since the Saenz Peña law the country has been on a steep decline, even Peronism which started as a nationalist movement became completely subverted by marxist thought. Worst of all you'll never actually escape the brainwashing done by schools and the media, so every election there will be a chance to return to the "won decade". That's even if congress lets you do anything serious, which they won't.
