Harry Hamlin was Amazing as Bart in this movie 👏🏻👏🏻 the 80’s was s time no one talked about being gay.. however he did a phenomenal job in this movie 🍿
She was a smart person. SOMETIMES it is who you know not what you know. I love what she said however i wish she could've been more blunt. It would've been professional suicide for her to have said, the scrips sucked and it was all tits and ass. I want more to work on than how to arch backwards, push my tits out, and smack my lips!!! I loved her!! She did mrs. King really well. They were right at the preface of being married and equal and spys!! Such a shame she passed away.❤
I've always loved Edward Albert Jr. From what I hear, he was well liked by so many people! I had a major crush on him! He was great in the movie 40 Carats! It is so sad that he was gone at such a young age.
It took a long long time for Cheryl to realise that Kate was crucial to the show's success and that she should have been nicer to Kate. A couple years ago Cheryl said in an interview “To be honest, when Kate left after the third season, it all kind of went flat. The show just didn't work as well”.
I knew Kate Jackson was married to Andrew Stevens, but I didn't know she was with Edward Albert Jr. too. She was ( at our house) the favorite Charlie's Angel.
Gracious, articulate, intelligent and a great actress. Loved her in Making Love. A wonderful film, watched it again recently and it was just as moving as when I first saw it. Chris Australia
Cheryl was having an affair with Charlie's Angels producer / writer Ed Lasko. Cheryl (whom I do love) was for Cheryl. Kate knew what Cheryl was all about, and Kate was not having it. Kate did the best she could in the working environment, but I am sure many days Kate was just not in the mood for Cheryl. Remember they worked extremely long hours, you are around your co workers a lot. Kate seen and knew a lot. And one does not have an affair with the producer of the show in which they work on. Cheryl admitted herself that her ego was out of control. Kate knew Cheryl and of Cheryl long before Charlie's Angels. Hollywood back in the 1970s was not that big of a place. EVERYONE knew your business.
A. Any is always wanted nd s s long s the child feels wanted then what’s the problem. Ll of us want to be wanted . Mother is the one who loves tht child more tan they want their own life nd perhaps. Women over 40 has learned what they truly want. It’s. Win win ll the way round. Don’t tell me te child can’t tell if they are wanted and loved. Where the child I loved , he’s the friggin problem? Love is love.
His observations are shallow, external. There doesn’t seem to be an inner life which a great actor like Timothy Hutton .He took this roe because he desired to be a working actor. It wasn’t his cup of tea because his role mirrors his life in many ways . He’s not a complex person or he is and has made a choice to show only one side. If this is the case he’s a better actor in real I’ve than when he’s in front of a camera. He’s an actor and I think slipping into being another person is still difficult Frank one.
I saw this a very long time ago on my local late night movie t.v. show. Friday nights were horror movie nights and Saturday was westerns and Sunday late nights were drama. I know for sure Friday nights were horror, not positive about the Saturday and Sunday. i live in Ohio & the late night movie host was a guy that went by the name of Fritz the night owl. I recall i really liked this movie. Would like to see it again.
What a beautiful man inside and out. I’d forgotten all about this film, but I suddenly felt like looking up a clip of him in ‘L.A. Law’ and this gem was suggested too.
It's ironic because in THOSE days it was scandalous for a straight guy to play a gay guy; because the world was homophobic...These days, it's scandalous because straight people aren't supposed to steal parts from queers. Interesting that the scandal hasn't lifted from this sort of thing after all these years...inspite of all the progress society has made
For your information... she was a lot more than just beautiful; intelligent, outgoing, great laugh, good sense of humor, she behaved like the girl next door, when the other two looked like two Barbie constantly looking for a mirror to admire their looks.
Cheryl Ladd was and is my favorite Angel! I was never a fan of Kate Jackson and really don't know why. I really believe that some events in people's lives are meant to be. Till this day, I believe Cheryl Ladd earned her way onto CA. Sometime, look at the list of her work from the beginning until now. God Bless Cheryl for being a wonderful mother and Entertainer. As for her Beauty 10. Personality 10. Likeability 10. Heart of Gold 10+. 🇺🇲👑 📺🎬
Wilford Brimley was an extremely versatile actor and could do almost any scene but I bet he thought this scene was hilarious. Cowboys generally have a "free spirit" attitude about life and don't get along so well with so called "fuddie duddies", so I imagine that this scene didn't take a lot of acting on his part. Kate Jackson was being the fuddy duddie and Wilford was the free spirit. We need more like him in this world.
