What are your favorite fruits for a smoothie?

I don't usually care for blueberries straight, but mixed in things, they're not bad. Of all the fruits I've tried (sadly, not every one there is), there are only two that I don't care for: grapefruit is a definite hard pass. Dragon fruit is a questionable one. I've only tried it once-- and who's to say I got a good one, so I'd like to try again (it sure is an interesting looking fruit)... My best to you and yours, Miss Paula!💝

That's the beauty of having all the wonderful fruits, you don't even know the Greek yogurt is in there!😘 Plain Greek yogurt is a good substitute for sour cream and is a healthy alternative in so many recipes!😚 Looks like an amazing smoothie Jack, thanks for making and sharing it Paula!🥰

I’ve been making this smoothie recipe for awhile, except mine is made with Plain Greek Yogurt, milk, I use honey for sweetener. Mine is thicker, plus it’ll give you a brain freeze.🙂 love what you’re doing 😊

A message for Paula Deen. I have never written to you & should have. I have been soooooo grateful to for 7 or 8 years back. My mother passed away , & there was no one to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my Dad & the rest of the family. I bought a series of Paulas Home Cooking. , & there was Paulas Southern Cornbread Dressing. My favorite smoothie to make is organic milk, organic smooth peanut butter, frozen bananas, cacao powder, honey or maple syrup and ice. I never measure, I just eye ball it. if there is smoothie mixture left over it stores well in the fridge for later. My other favorite smoothie is frozen strawberries, orange juice, banana and ice. I love smoothies!
