I always use paper cupcake liners when I make cupcakes or muffins so I don’t spray the pans.

@@MikeReynolds-uy5ns I don’t like the propellants they use and all of the extraneous chemicals that are used in those oil sprays. Who knows what they will do to the human body. They stink and choke me up, so who knows how poisonous they are. The little piece of paper also seals up that edge of the muffin helping to keep it fresh longer. I believe we are much better off to use natural products.

I love blueberries!! 2 T or 2 t of baking powder?? (Video vs printed recipe) No salt? 35 seconds: what did she say? These muffins are going to be what??

She definitely used 2 tablespoons in the video, but you’re right, written recipe says 2 tsp. I was surprised when she said 2 tablespoons, that’s a lot of baking powder. She said “these muffins are going to be sweet.”

Well, yeah, butter, bacon grease, lard, tallow... all superior to detrimental refined seed oils. That gal acts like she's never been in th kitchen before or eaten butter! 🙄
