I am weaker in sumo only pulls 600+- and in conventional I pull 705lbs , Jamal make me want to start doing sumo instead, maybe I will become even stronger in sumo after practice
bro do both. do sumo as a secondary, your lower back will be fine. i used to do sumo as a secondary day too to just keep my lower back healthier, didnt feel any impact too
