If your knees hurt remember to eat your eggs in the morning because they have omegas in them and all of your b vitamins. Also you could try taking deer antler velvet from bucked up and that’ll help with your joints as well. Also a multivitamin.
Bro knees at 29 is not a thing, if you stretch everything and look after your knees they can be better than ever. Just because your elite at the deadlift doesn’t mean you don’t have imbalances and stretching issues
