Great video! Question can I do the plan without all those expensive special ingredients? We are a 1 income family. I have to kids with special needs I definitely cannot afford all those special ingredients.
I watched this video many years ago when I was first getting started with THM. I have recently decided to come back to THM and have started binge watching all of your videos again. I found that the gelatin was a problem in that it never fully desolved in the cream..Found this out once everyone was pulling little worm like gelatin from their mouths.. Will not make this recipe again..Otherwise it wasn't bad..Also found chocolate layer was a bit thick and when you cut into it, it collapses the cake as it is mostly cream...

We all falter with how we'd like to react to situations. If you don't do it with video making, it may be something else. you are truly talented at this. I hope you choose to continue, but understand if you don't.
Just a minor piece of info if anyone watches this year-old video - I use sugar in my ice cream, and I'm not trying to convince anyone else to do that. But just as an FYI, sugar actually makes a difference in ice cream texture. So if anyone has their ice cream coming out too hard after they give it a little time in the freezer, it might be because of other sweeteners.
I just found your channel and am watching your videos this morning! Soooo helpful! I don’t know why but with THM I come to snack or meal time and just cannot figure out what to eat! E meals and snacks are so hard for me and so thank you for sharing what you eat in a day- that really helped!
I'm a 55 year old woman, post-menopausal. I gained a 120 lbs during and after menopause. Our family lost 5 very close family members within just a few years during that time also. All of that said, I've never seen a THM weight loss testimony from some of someone with that much to lose.

My wedding dress after 20 years was tight in the rib cage too! I thought it strange since I was thin. Maybe our ribs are one of the last things to stop growing (I married at 18 years old). 🤔 Thank you for sharing your THM journey!
Listen I have tried so many creamers without sugar that I started to hate coffee but I bought nut pods with almond and coconut and decided to try it so I put the creamer in microwave that I would use for my coffee for a few seconds and poured in my coffee it did not separate at all and added just a pinch of Celtic salt which takes out bitterness and then added organic Stevia extract any other other kind adds bitterness. Wow I love my coffee once again what a difference.
