I love your videos! Different personalities attract different people and some people are going to want to watch your version of a THM video more than someone else's version of the exact same video! You are actually probably the only THM'ER who's videos I watch! You are so friendly, warm and cheerful, it makes a person feel right at home!😊 I also totally understand the work involved though!

I love your courage to speak honestly about where you are! I love people who are brave enough to speak truth! Social media is so difficult to handle emotionally and I continue to question if I can do it and if I can handle all the emotions that come with it! I really appreciate you walking a path of truth! I really relate to what you said about competition! I was a thm coach for a year and it was very difficult emotionally. I went back to just sharing thm with friends and got off social media besides RU-vid. It brought me peace and I love watching you!

I love all of your videos, but more importantly, I LOVE your honesty! I am in the exact same boat! I am still a THM-er too, but I haven’t been 100% on plan (probably more like 60% on plan honestly), and I haven’t had much self-control either! I am 43, so I know what you mean about hormone and body changes! But I still love THM, and am focusing more on my health than getting to a certain weight! Anyway, thanks again for this video! It was just what I needed to hear!

I feel like there are probably quite a few of us who are struggling with those same issues and your honesty is much appreciated! Since 2019 it has been one thing after the other for our family and it’s been so hard! Also, I love watching The Minimal Mom. Dawn has helped me to view things in such a different and helpful way. I like her because of the same reason I extra liked watching this video… honesty and relatability! Obviously I don’t want to be an added voice or pressure for you in any way but selfishly I do hope you continue when you feel ready!😊 You looked beautiful in your wedding dress. My wedding dress after 20 years was tight in the rib cage too! I thought it strange since I was thin. Maybe our ribs are one of the last things to stop growing (I married at 18 years old). 🤔 Thank you for sharing your THM journey!
I really enjoy your videos, including this one, to share where you are in your journey. I am an older mom of many and we will have many seasons in our lives. I love watching THM videos from different people so even if you did a similar one to someone else, I'd still watch. There doesn't seem to be enough out there and I also tend to binge watch when I am working on a home project, etc. Let me say though, you look fabulous, even if you don't lose another pound. It's the first thing that I thought when I saw your face before I heard more. You probably encourage a lot more people than you realize and being real with your struggles helps us all know that we may need to constantly adjust our THM journey. I just enjoyed your bread video as I am just starting to learn that craft and it encouraged me to try. Thanks for your hard work!

Good morning :). Thank you for all of your inspiring videos and encouraging words that I felt were spoken directly at me. I’m in my 40s, I feel my roll of a wife and mom supersede any personal interests or hobbies I might want to try. I find little time to be particular on eating habits. But with your help, I came back to understanding the process of this THM lifestyle as it applies to premenopausal mommas who are slow to lose weight and get discouraged. I totally get and can relate to your feelings of wanting to avoid social media at this time to clear your head and rejuvenate yourself and be at home. Supporting your spouse and being there for your kids require your full attention. And a life in ministry wow!! Thank you thank you for sharing your story and your aim as you move forward. Yes!!!!! So glad to know I'm not the only one having issues. I have been struggling since January of 2020 when my mother passed away. Then the virus stuff started, and I turned to food rather than God and life was just hard. I'm a minimal mom fan too and I'm working through change.
