I even feel like the car is a big large on US roads depending on where you live. If you are in an older, or more congested city, driving and parking this does feel a bit much to me personally, coming from a string of small cars. It no longer fits the compact category imo.

JDM = Advan, large touchscreen, blacked out indicators, HUD, power folding mirrors USDM = Michelin Pilot Sport 4, small touchscreen, orange indicators, no HUD, no power folding mirrors
I didn't know that about the red stitching in Japan. In Australia the Yaris Rallye, came with red stitching. And the non Rallye spec came with the white
Great review/video! I’m going to subscribe now. In USA ‘23 model you could get the JBL sound system on the core as a “technology package” and it came standard on the circuit. I have a ‘24 premium which includes the premium sound system, circuit edition like seats and torsen diff. Only real difference from the circuit is no bulge/vented hood and no carbon roof. Curious what year is the car you drove?? In ‘24 the Premium and Circuit trim also received sonar parking sensors (the core did not). Is this an option in Japan now? It’s okay if you don’t know, just curious. 🙂
Interior dash looks so different from the GR Corolla. Its so much more boxy. The 2024 Yaris's dashboard is so different from pretty much every single Toyota dashboard I've ever seen.
