I’m going to start from today and having under active thyroid makes my weight loss a difficult process. Will do it for 30 days straight and come back to update.
I don't have parents. I don't have siblings. I don't have family. I've been feeling lonely for long time. While reading comments here though, I realized I am connected to those who are living somewhere in the world. There are many who have gentle hearts and have been hurt and lonely on this planet. I've been longing to go back to where I came from but I still will live until my time is up. When I finally become free, I wil see you people, my true family.

This is not correct, opening chakras etc is not christian, we not supppse to allow spirits or angels to do that so why are you saying this and stating arch angel micheal wants us to do this to visit us, which this angels is a christian believe, this is completely wrong.....opening chakras can lead to wrong and bad spirits entering you....
This worked for me. I fell deep asleep in the first two minutes, and woke up to the beautiful music at the end. I felt bliss and I have not felt that in a long time. Thank you
