I have lost 20 pounds in one month, the first month listening to permanent weight loss, hypnosis tapes. you must listen every night.

I have listened to this for 2 months and I lost 4 kg. I dunno how but it helps reset my brain especially how i see food, I'm not craving that much. Craving sugary food is always the reason why i gain weight so fast. If u have a bad relationship with food and struggle to reduce it, this video might help. It helps me so much. I wish everyone can get benefits like i do

she has another one I'm doing and I updated progress there and there other comments with some results..on the thumbnail its a woman in red also with measuring tape..tht one is 2 hrs

I shut this off when I heard are u intermittent fasting drinking black coffee or skinny lattes.I can’t do those things they upset my stomach.DONT WANT THAT IN MY SUBCONSCIOUS .There should be no references to what kind of foods u eat,everyone is different!That is very restrictive and exacting-total turnoff
