I have a hypercharger currently, carb has been jetted accordingly (also have Vance and Hines pipes) if I install this spike, am I going to need to rejet again?
a 1 and 7/8ths whole saw is not a common size in most sets and singles so far harbor freight and home cheapo dont carry them looks like a amazon order!
Could you tell where the hose that you took out from behind the tank is connected to? I washed my tank but that hose came out by itself now that I put the tank on it doesn't get any gas I have that problem
The hose on the rear right side of the tank is just the vent hose. If you are not getting any fuel, check to make sure both the fuel hose and the vacuum hose on the petcock. If the vacuum hose isn’t there, that is your issue.
what is the ball park cost for this project? I have a honda shadow and would like to convert it to a bobber. I am in Houston area and havent found a shop who can help me out with thism
That is going to be relative to your area and what kind of shape your bike is in. It could range from $3500-6k plus. It really all depends on how crazy you get with it.
This dude aint said anything what stage jet kit he is installing and what size jets he is putting in. He aint say if he shimmed the stock needle or if he used a aftermarket with an e-clip and what notch he put it on and shims in order. Thumbs down I will be making a video for this tomorrow
ALL of that info is going to be relative to what intake, exhaust, and what elevation you are riding at most of the time. All of those settings vary WILDY based on your setup.

Great video. Question about painting zinc coated steal. Should you remove the zinc before painting, using your method or is an abrasive pad and a wash fine?
