Welcome back to the channel! I know that it has been a while but I figured with all the crazy things going on in the world at the moment, what better time than now to do another web build. I started this bike a few months ago with my son and my nephew but I'm to the part that things will start to get interesting. Thanks for coming along for the ride and stay safe out there!

What’s the difference besides the price in your kit and the TJ brutal kit? Yours looks shorter…and looks like it makes the seat support wider….and info would be great. I’m on the fence fixing to order yours or his….awesome job bye

Just got my kit in the mail!!! Thanks for the Twizlers!! You guys rock!! Came in on my birthday with a little snack!!! Ready to weld it in!!! All I have is a flux core welder at home, do you guys think this is sufficient enough for this kit? Or do I need tig? Mig with gas…

Can you tell me how far down on the backbone you cut and how far up on the swingarm? I just got your hardtail kit in and I’m having a hard time getting them to line up. It looks like from the video you cut a bit further back than I did on the swing arm but I’m afraid to keep chopping.

Dude this came out sick, any advice on what settings you used on your mig? I just got the tubes bent but I'm pretty new to welding.

Hi mate, am i right in assuming that you left the lower swing arm in place and chopped off the top section, replaced that with the bent steel pipe, giving you a hardtail ? ide always assumed the whole swing arm was removed and replaced with a solid section, didn`t realise you could leave the actual lower swing arm, swing arm axle, bushes, bearings in place. cheers.

The seat springs are wrong they should be vertical so the cross bar is to far back you really need to put this right.

I wish I seen your website before purchasing DOM steel to make my 600 a hard tail also. Do you remember the length of the bar you started your bend at ? I know the degrees is 25. Please and thank you.
