In regard to the flag flying I couldnt help but get a bit misty. I love my flag and country and with all the bs currently we may not get to enjoy our old country or standards. God bless yall. Superb job on the build...of the cabin and character.
Can you link me to where you buy your watercolour kit please? My girlfriend and I would love to do these kind of paintings when we go on climbing trips, we usually buy little canvases and use acrylic, but you've inspired us to do watercolours. Hope you're all doing well! Love your videos, the algorithm put them on my homepage!
Hey guys. I've watched all your cabin videos now. I think the build was awesome. And so are the videos! I think Dick Proenneke would be proud of you guys man. I have a remote cabin in AK myself. I also have a Sherp. If you ever want to try driving to your cabin in the the summer time, give me a shout!
Thanks for watching! That would be awesome. We’ve thought about the sherp before, but theirs a fast flowing river crossing to do which I’m not sure the sherp could handle. Shoot us an email if you want to talk more about it. 👍🏼
Well done with all that hard work while running on fumes. Amazing job so well done. *You have a lot to be proud of.* I doubt I could do it. But why wouldn't you set traps and bait boxes? It's not hard and with a dozen or so around the area you'd get something without fail daily. Shoot up some birds. It's baffling watching people waste time sitting in a boat day after day without success. When far less time prepping some traps would do the work for you with guaranteed success. Either way great video.
When guys mentioned returning and taking a shower... We used to plumb a plastic hose into a 5 gallon bucket with a sprinkler type end to it. Heat some water and put it on the out house. Or with your guys creativity just make a shower house. What a great opportunity for you guys though. It's awesome you have such great friends to do this with.
I'm looking for land to do a similar lifestyle. Where did you guys get started finding land for sale that you can build on. Not necessarily in Alaska. Thx. Keep killin it
not a vet however this is my fuel to build my own house on my own land i wish you gentlemen the best welcome home and thank you for serving may peace be with you all
This is fun and entertaining as hell. That being said anyone who thinks they did good work and didn't just wing it like a flock of drunk seagulls needs to hire me to build them a cabin.
