I’ve used your videos to make a whole high school (homeschool) course for my son. They are so clear & interesting, especially since they come from a sports angle. He loves football (soccer).
Thank you for this, I'm currently revising upper arm anatomy for an orthoses unit and this basic, well explained video helped a lot to refresh my memory
I really enjoy watching your videos but the whole dairy milk making bones stronger had been debunked by a Harvard study following 72,000 women over 2 decades and they found drinking dairy milk didn't make their bones any stronger.
Hi, I'm an apprentice working on the fitness instructing phase of my course. I am suffering one consistent hiccup. I'm trying to understand the difference between adaptability and adaptation as my Lifetime Training course insists they are two separate principles but I am struggling to get the difference. My understanding is that adaptation is the body improving its effectiveness at doing an exercise once in the recovery phase of said exercise. And that adaptability may be the body getting used to doing something on the fly. But of course I may be wrong, I'm not sure and was hoping for an expert opinion.
This is a good video. I have watched so many videos on alcohol and alcoholism mostly from my previous descent in to alcoholism, it was pretty bad. The UK’s alcohol problem is living large even in gyms now and I am seeing it more and more in professionals, patients, participants & clients. This is due to many factors best left to political discussions. I think your video has the facts without the drama and actually offers simple and practical approaches to reduction. Awesome
Yes, an excellent explanation. I am studying to become a Personal Trainer and English is not my home language. You helped me to understand the process , many many thanks!
it needs to keep a little wee picture of the first diagram (perhaps in the corner) when it then zooms in at 4.20 for those who don't remember pictures in their head.
