Stretch. Adjust your foot landing position to mid-foot landing, if you're heel/ toe landing (as it is the safest compared to both). Ensure your recovery is on point (via sleep, enough day offs and not overtraining). Eat a balanced diet, based on your activity level. Hope this helps.
