Wow the details on this house are so intricate. Very nice landscaping and out door pool. I would love a walk in closet like that! Can’t imagine this will stay on the market for much longer!
Kind of, depends what you’re looking for…there’s Flagler Village next to downtown primarily new apartment buildings and some new condo buildings….then there’s the new Pier 66 in south Fort Lauderdale that is getting built….then there are a couple communities primarily townhouses that are being built in South Fort Lauderdale…There is a small community that was built with two story houses.
Omg sounds like a CA spring weather…I used to hate that. It’s so confusing on how to dress 🤦♀️…how fun for her though, I haven’t been to either of those countries yet
What I love about Florida is that it gets very warm yet it is not too harsh like some others states. It has its days but overall it is beautiful! Europe is nice too but just too cold for me too. Florida it is ☀️ 🏝️🩷!
That’s what my daughter said, we have about 1-2 a year show up on our property. People don’t believe me so I started recording it and posting it. I live right here in Fort Lauderdale. They keep coming.
Hi I'm enjoying your videos. I'm 62 and my partner is 72. We are both men. We own a single family home with no mortgage in Arlington, VA. Our location is National Landing so we are accustomed to walking to shops, coffee, groceries etc. We are looking to sell soon and purchase I'm the fort lauderdale, possibly davie, area. I know they offer completely different things. Specifically I'd like 3 bed 2 bath, 9000 square foot lot, no hoa, not in a flood zone, no pool, mature garden, and updated or renovated. Our budget would be 1 million up to 1.2 possibly over if the home and garden is really nice. Is this possible? Thanks.

That’s pretty sad. You can get a gigantic house with tons of property in Southwest Virginia for that I couldn’t imagine living in that tiny thing for all that money
@@tomekowilliams-cade8283really?! You can't get anything at all decent in Kentucky unless you pay at least 180,000 and some properties would still need updating or work of some type, and that's with very little land to it
I agree, I was completely off guard and reckless….omg that’s so f’d up. Yes I agree pick up your dog! Poor babies! It’s soooo freaking hot!🥵…my feet are still throbbing from the pain, and healing ❤️🩹
What I don’t understand is why people don’t clean up the Home before listing it I mean I’m not saying it’s a bad house at all but they could’ve just paid for a deep clean and a junk removal and at least it will show appreciation to the buyer and the realtor because the realtor’s name is attached to the property too.
The crazy part is that this was as clean as we could get it. 3 truckloads later…we would have emptied it out 100% but something happened and seller said put up the sign 🪧! Quick!!!!!No more time to waste 😮😢 personal situation…thankfully we had MULTIPLE OFFERS 🎉all investors 🙌
I wish I could buy it myself…HUGE OPPORTUNITY!!!…only 24 hours and we had multiple multiple multiple offers, 99% of them cash from investors…we are now under contract and I still have investors asking me if my client will accept back up offers
I’m glad you asked…in 24 hours I was thrown cash by 14 investors. All of them begging for it. I sold it in 1 day….SHOCKING am I right!? After going under contract, I still have investors screaming and begging to be next in line incase the buyer whose offer was accepted decides to cancel the contract. It’s a crazy market down here in South Florida….yet no one believes me 😊
@lout3921 most of them did but some of them offered close to asking. It was a wild ride. Felt like 2021 all over again… I wanted the madness to stop….in the end the one whose offer was accepted was the highest with best terms and actually saw it in person so they know 100% what they are purchasing. 🫢
