Awesome vid man, I know this is some years back but can always certainly use some added motivation, I've gone from 102 last year to 91 currently, also looking to get down to as low as 84kg/85.. I think at that bodyweight I should be pretty peeled.. couple more months I think, so steady dieting..

A refeed has a purpose in your digestive system to help maintain the fat burning process. A cheat day/meal is a meal done to satisfy your cravings to help feel normal both physically and mentally (not mandatory)
Sorry but I'm not sure which gym they have in terminal 21. If you want a gym to train yourself in then I would recommend either muscle factory or IQ Fitness

The label says one should take two scoops; did you take the one or two scoops and what was the effect with one and then with two scoops in terms of what you felt and experienced and how long did this effect last for longer lasting energy endurance and stamina effects such as cycling? Would it be better to take the recommended scoop dose in a 24 oz. water bottle and sip from it during a long workout in terms of a longer cycling physical workout tour for example.
This makes me want to do some international spartans.. And it makes me wish my wife was physically active enough to do these with me.. And that i could afford both of us doing that. Btw, doesnt thailand have crocs? Nust curious. Lol
Hey, cool clip. Did you make any special experience with the gopro7? I have not seen any other video of this cam during a mud race yet, but it seems to work pretty well. Even after diving through water the image is surprisingly clear. Did you have to clean it during the race? What about battery life? Would be glad if you could give me a rough feedback!
