Very good question. Parasites can be very stealthy depending on the type. Worms may be especially difficult to detect unless one views them in the toilet. I accidentally did it when I was having tachycardia. I gulp the sole water and after few minutes I poop... then I pooped more then I was having diarrhea every 15mins until I was pooping pure liquid as if I am peeing from my anus.
