Welcome to Skill Tree, where we learn how to do...Just about everything. Here at Skill Tree, I will dive into whatever ignites our community of Skill Monkeys' interests. Want to learn how to make armor? Let's level up that skill! Ever want to know how to throw a knife? We can level that up too! I cover leathercraft, forging, and woodworking, as well as style, cool mental tricks, and general life tips/hacks. Really, if it's interesting, awesome, or just plain useful, there is a branch of our tree for that.

An extra flap over the entrance to the tent might help keep rain, leaves etc from falling into the tent . A couple of poles would make it into a veranda 🥰🥰🥰🥰
The character sheet really does get in its own way more often than not. The players guide should consider adding a diagram with page numbers on how to fill it out
Fascinating design! Here’s an idea for furthering the overall concept: on the flap that goes flat once you open the bag; you could put in a battery powered heating element. That way you could serve warm to hot potions/drinks/food. Although you need to make an alchemical design in metal that will rest on top of the heating element to keep the theme.🤪
I do a lot of medieval camping events and some I'd really like, is a way to take a bath. I need some sort of collapsible bathtub. I don't trust the inflatable kind for camping environments. Maybe someone Clev3r could figure it out 😁

Hey random yet important question... I donated to the Gofund me but id prefer to have my not real name used. Is there a way to switch that to my character name instead?
Looking forward to find you on the field of CoM again this year! The Sorrowful Regiment of St. Vitoria's Rest is almost ready for this year! Have loads of fun!
Designs yes. Materials no. Have tried different projects y’all do but any specific vender like the glowing paint; have had nothing but horrible results from. So design ideas are solid it’s just the materials you have to make sure you are using good stuff. Not sure if the specific brands you mention when you do are paid sponsorships but based on the results being so different I get the feeling they are.
For added stability I would consider adding a waist strap or something to the second ring assembly at the bottom 🤔 probably best if you can open it on both sides, to easier pull the quiver around your torso when refilling
£20/£30 similar goblets on Amazon, even the eyes are£8 at least! Whynot try and use a metal top and inner in a future video, would look a lot better than the glass just a thought 🖤
No, just no... Please no on those boots! No to those boots! "Just add horns to your helmet and you'll look like anything historical!"? No! Dear gods of all that you find holy, NO!
i want to do this to make a candle lantern but i dont know how you did the first two loops because im bad with knots if anyone who knows what he did please tell me what its called so i can find out how to make it
I'd been thinking about making a hanging wrap pouch like the one on your leather kit, but wasn't sure how well they grip things that extend out, that mallet doesn't look like it's going anywhere though, I'll definitely give it a try after this. For the harness aggitating your shoulders could you use SB buttons on the front and back of the chest section of the armour, so you'd have secondary anchor points for the belts on the chest piece itself? So then you can adust between how much of the weight is on the harness vs the armour, You could do the same with buckles directly on the armour I suppose, and just make basic secondary straps from the armour to the belts.. might help disperse the weight a little more. Can't wait to see how you resolve it. no doubts you will. Glad everthing held up. Great video guys, 😁.
Nect month I'm actually going on a 5 day backpacking trip. While i am bringing a bunch of "certified" gear, im also bringing stuff i made that i learned from you
im so glad youre getting sponsored. i was here WELL before you got sponsored so to see it is awesome. also adhd gang rise up. its an entire experience trying to remember shit lmao
I feel like the best way to deal with the thigh armor problem is to just embrace your true roguish nature and always be sneaking around or crouching, you might wanna up your squats and do some daily stretching cause you don't want any physical problems, good luck!
Padding is always good for harnesses. Especially on shoulders and anywhere that leather meets leather. I also love it on belt and vests. Lining was a great idea.
I think it’s fair to be concerned with your comfort but if it’s supposed to be armor you won’t be because you didn’t wear the armor all the time so really consider if you’re aiming for “looks/comfort” or “semi recreation authenticness” too
With the gauntlets You might consider that it wasn't necessarily how you design them. Cause if you look at videos in the past VS now your arms have gotten a hell of a lot bigger than they were I've had similar problems with my wrist guards Huge props on your workout plan by the way It might Just be an adjustability issue Your shoulders have also gotten bigger, which might be leading to the problem with the rubbing
