honey, Miss Goodpasture WAS...NOT....PLAYING games with y'all, ok?...the wig is bouncin' and behavin'...and his vibrato was clickin' and clackin', honey.
I dont feel like "telling you I enjoyed the selection". I wanted to make fun of his wig...and I did. I dont have anything personal against Ralph...but if you dont like me making fun of his nappy wig, you can keep that to yourself, ok sweetie?.
@@Lawrence_619 No, it's important to always have a rebuttal when the devil gets started. Can't let his words be the only words in the room. Don't let him use you like this. Jesus sacrificed Himself so that you and I don't have to have the same end as satan. Also, please stop using the term "nappy". It was a word created by VVhite supremacists who wanted us to think our hair wasn't as good as theirs. Don't perpetuate that lie. I hope at some point you'll rethink your words on this video and delete them. Regardless, God bless you, Brother.
Yes this church is still around but it has changed drastically I was a member of this church for over 35 years I'm no longer living in Chicago but when I was this was the place to be on Sunday morning Sunday night this was my grandmother's Church for many years
This is "high church". It is still an attempt to lift one most spiritually, emotionally and spiritually. If you walk better, talk better and are better, God is uplifted. No problem at a sporting game. I just happen to love and appreciate team God. Amen. Go First Deliverance. I hope others agree. If not. Oh, well. God. God. God!
Lurherans, Episcopalians, Anglicans and other churches, "reverence the altar" as well. You have no sense of Church history. You so-calked "apostolic" sects did not exist until the last century. Give it rest.
This explains why I love gospel so much. Uncle Ralph left such an impression on me. I always knew Uncle Ralph had a purpose for this Jewish white boy from the suburbs. My memories date back to the late 70's when I was only 8-9 years old, but it felt like yesterday. I can hear his voice and smell his aftershave right now. He was a sweet man and a good soul...he will be missed.
The choir marching in was one of the highlights of the service at FCD. My uncle used to drive us to Chicago every Sunday night from Indiana to be a part of their awesome service
You did it and I appreciate you. Everyone does not know and/or appreciate history. Just like NO one mentioned instrumentalist. This is God All the way. It is here and I Am appreciative.
@@andrewlbrownjr7555you are so welcome. I have great respect and honor for the people of God. I honor those entrusted with the sound of the house. I specifically have a high regard for Dr. Douroux's body of work. Blessings upon you!
Wow, so glad I found this. Brings back many happy memories. When I attended college (North Park University, an evangelical Swedish school and seminary), in Chicago back in the late 60's, I used to turn on the radio and listen to this church on Sunday nights. The music the preaching was so God sent for me. My very first introduction to gospel and have loved it ever since. Thank you so much for the impact you have made in my life. Love and blessings. Ron
