I have been tripping on everything from 5MEO and NN DMT to the strongest phenethylamines like 2C-TFM since I was 13, about 40 years ago, and never ever had a bad trip. Yes, some are more challenging than others but I was never really afraid. What it all comes down to is having an "empty mind", free of pre-conceived ideas (confirmation bias). If you do it the 1st time do it with a friend with whom you can totally be yourself, a friend that keeps their mouth shut and only assists in taking the 3rd hit (with NN DMT). Do it on a mattress or build a little "nest" out of very soft pillows (especially with 5MEO DMT). Do it when your mind is at peace with itself in an environment where you don`t get disturbed, not even by outside noises. What I like to do is close my eyes and listen to some Carbon Based Lifeforms (Photosynthesis) in bed or in my little "nest" before I do it because it helps to clear my mind.
