Hi Hajar, thanks for the video. Can you share the itinerary for this Hanoi-Sapa-Halong Bay trip? How many days? and how did you manage to eat halal food (you eat halal, I suppose😉)?
Hai.. Greeting from Malaysia. Thank you for the recipe, i make this for breakfast today, it turn out fluffy and moist, but too sweet for my liking maybe next time i shud use ¼ cup of sugar only or less chocolate chips. Definitely will repeat next time...
I think you made a mistake at the very end of the video when you show the samples of focaccia with different numbers of folding. It says: focaccia after 2 folding and then twice - focaccia after 3 foldings. I guess it should be after 2, 3 and 4 foldings.
I’ve been baking bread since Home Ec. back in high school in the late 60s early 70s. I’m 70 now 😅 and have a bread machine. Still saved this video in my play list wishing/hoping for a good pain day to give it a try. It is a LOT of work and time, and I wouldn’t make it every week, but it is so satisfying to see it come together and Wowsers what a beautiful yummy bread! Thanks for posting this❤
Hi, just wondering is the bread supposed to be baked at 210 Celsius or Fahrenheit? Also if I have a fan oven does this affect the temperature for baking?
Finally a simple one.. I was searching for simpler recipes to share this delicious fritters to my penpals from other parts of the world and u nailed it! ❤
I have so many overripe bananas and didn't know what to do with them. As usual, I came to RU-vid. Saw this video an hour ago and I've already baked my first batch. Gonna double this recipe and give some away. Thank you for this delicious and easy recipe 😋
Incredible recipe! So delicious! I did 375 for 25 min and they came out perfect! Also didn’t have vegetable oil so I did coconut oil and butter and literally these are the best I’ve ever made
I do not enjoy the flavor of rosemary. I am sure this could be made plain with flaked salt but what herbs would you recommend. Sun dried tomatoes would be great. Such a great bread to have with a hearty soup or of course pasta.
I made this before and it turned out well. This time it was almost twice the size as the last one. I don't know what I did wrong. It was still good though.
I made this today and wasn't sure how it would turn out since it didn't rise. But when I started to fry them they poofed up beautifully and sooo tasty! Total hit, everyone loved them! Definitely will keep this recipe to use again. Thank you!!!!
This is my absolute favourite foccacia bread recipe! 🤍 I add sliced black olives, dried oregano, dried basil, cumin seeds and a bit of feta cheese sometimes
Made this today and it was perfect! I made it twice, because 1st time I messed up and added to much water and it ruined it. But I put in water little at a time and did all the steps, my mind is blown! Never will I buy it and now an obsession is born! Thank you so much!
This was my second time making focaccia and this recipe turned out amazing!! 🤩 I grinded the dry rosemary with a mortal and pestle to distribute it more finely throughout the bread and it was divine. I used active dry yeast instead of instant and the recipe worked just fine. Just make sure you follow the packet’s instructions and mix the yeast separately. You’re fine with adding the 1 tbsp of sugar the recipe requires if you use active yeast. I wanted to be extra safe this time and put down wax paper. 🤦🏻♀️ This was a rookie move. Guys, please make sure you use parchment paper. Wax paper will only melt and fuse with your bread. It’s not toxic, but not fun to remove from your mouth as you chew. 🫣 Will do this recipe again for sure!!!
I wish I had read your comment 15 minutes ago. I had active dry yeast as well, but I followed video instructions to T, and now I am worried if my dough will rise or not. 🫣 Any suggestions?
