To beat the headache you need to use it a lot. I white a white phosphorus pvs14 in white hot on the rh25. After about 10 hours of hiking I no longer get headaches and can hike the entire night with both on. Just takes practice.
Seeing you guys enlarge the space for EGACs gives us a lot of confidence that you are really taking builder feedback to heart. Excited to get this in our hands!
This and the MH-1 are my final two contenders for the dual tube housing I am going to purchase. I previously purchased a PVS14 from Steele and everything about the experience was amazing.
I'm in the same boat, MH1 or the nighthawk. Something about the MH1 doesn't seem as durable to me. Either way both are fully featured. Where are you leaning?
@@FeastOvGoreglutton I'd love to be able to turn my dual tubes into mono's for friends and family but that means another 500-1000 investment for a helmet set up. Rn im leaning towards NightHawk as the Mh-1 had a rocky release
@@FeastOvGoreglutton I ordered the Nighthawk and was debating about the MH1 as well. I went with the Nighthawk since there is a LEMO port for the battery pack from the start. The MH1 requires an adapter for a battery pack and there isn't such adapter available at the moment. Also the fact that Steele is including a battery pack with the Nighthawk already is nice.
Super cool are y’all hiring I am local to Bradenton Fl and don’t really know how to properly approach you guys in regards to possible careers anything helps thanks !
If you want extra field of view it is a great option. Activities like driving, riding or even walking are more natural because of the increased FOV. -Tyler
@@steeleindustriesinc Will collimation be maintained even if the panning or pod is removed and reinstalled? If I'm using the RPNVG, I have to move the pod often because of panning, but isn't the gold pad underneath getting scratched?
@@qoqooq7456 As long as you reinstall the pod on the exact side it came off it will stay collimated. The gold pad underneath will not be scratched removing the pods.
Maybe you can help me out. I’m finding my Binos to need Collimation and since I just HAD to get water proof ones they are covered in rubber. Seen a video on skipping the screw option and rotating the adjective lens itself to combine the images. Is this a terrible idea or my only shot? Thanks. Bushnell 7x50 H20 for reference.
Would love to see this under darker (no moon conditions) just to see how much brighter every light source is. If you get the chance, dirty clothes and freshly washed clothes. I've read that a lot of detergents are designed to make things brighter.
Not likely. I train under nods monthly with a group of guys usually 12-30 of us show up and everyone is running passive options and they do NOT glow like that when on NV settings. Not the eotechs, aimpoints, RMRs or Holosuns.
@RunningWithSauce Thanks, had me worried my eotech would glow like the sun. Haven't had the chance to look at it from a distance under NV. Dang 12-30 dudes? What do you think the chances are that you got fed bois in your group keeping tabs on y'all? Lol Something to think about. Vetting bros
Please try to remember drivers might also be using seeing your headlights as a quick check. So someone coming out of their driveway could totally take you out…. There are so many safety factors you are missing, a vehicle on the ground is NOT the same as a plane or helicopter…. Plus that MOOSE needs to see you.. So to recap please stop driving on Any public road without the proper lights… save it for trails or only in SHTF scenarios.
