I live by CMU. They have an annual haunted campus tour. I have been to it. It is scary, interesting and some are sad. Also MSU already has a channel talking about its supposed hauntings. I am sure that even UofM and WMU has some tails to tell. Could you do a haunted college addition?! There’s 5 main college campuses in MI. So I’m sure you could do a single video. Or even do a series where each school gets their own episode. Just a thought!
Newer resident to Commerce. No one likes traffic but it isn’t the worst traffic I’ve experienced. Love having lake access and all the trees (not a fan of my lawn when all the leaves fall but it comes with all the lovely trees 😅🍂🍁). I feel safe here, it’s quiet & most people are kind. I do wish there were more side walks.
This statement was just copied and pasted from a simple Google search... Who is more popular, Madonna or Eminem? As far as best-selling soloist artists, Eminem ranks third behind Michael Jackson and Madonna. The Beatles top the all-time best-selling artist list.Sep 28, 2023 Come on bro! Do the rest of your homework!❤ (But I'm not mad at ya! Getting out here on RU-vid) Enjoy your success. Michigan native j.u.p.a
We lived in a haunted house in Flint for 2 years. It was known to be haunted, but a lot of people Pooh- poohed it. One of the rooms on the main floor had lots of windows. The wall that led into the living room had built in bookshelves. One day a whole shelf of books fell off the shelves, as if someone had slid their arm behind it and pushed the books off. The sitting room upstairs was the worst spot. The ghost would play with the electrical outlets. There was a motor to a shower that had a waterfall feature. The motor would go on and off. One day I was ironing in that room. I could not get any of my irons to work. So I put my little travel iron together. It had 3 pieces that fit together. I heard my husband arrive home from work, so I turned my head towards the hall to greet him. During that time, the ghost had picked up the iron and threw it against the wall, where it broke into the three pieces. These things happened during the daytime, not at night.
Detroit is & always will be a total crap hole . Mayor Young ruined the city with massive graft & pervasive corruption . Filled with abandoned houses , terrible schools , gangs & police ...you cannot fix 60 years of neglect
Guyde road...I might be misspelling it but it is pronounced (guide). I was over 20 years ago when my buddies and I went there. From what I remember (quite vividly) you pull up and align your sideview mirror with a certain mailbox and you're facing downhill on the road (which goes up and down)then park... put your car in neutral, and just go with the flow..no steering the car..no foot on the breaks. Story goes...there were some kids walking along that dirt road and got hit by a truck and their bodies were flung into a tree right by where that mailbox is...and once you park, put the car in neutral and foot off the breaks etc. Their spirits actually guide you down and up the pitch-black road perfectly without losing speed....even when you're going uphill...I actually experienced this as I was the one in the driver's seat! Afterwards, we all got out of the car and saw that there were actual handprints on the back bumper and windshield!
When I saw the Paulding Light in 2022, it was clearly distant headlights. There was also a light that rose up and drifted around, that seemed to stop when a pickup truck left the valley....clearly someone flying a drone with a light on it.
So, I literally lived in “Winn” MI. It was misspelled on this video. It is W I N N. Not, Wynn. LOL it’s a very very small village in central MI. I checked to confirm, there is no town called “Wynn”
I live nearby Canton and when me and my friends were kids, my brother and his friends drove us to the bridge on Denton Road to hear the baby cry and took off freaky now it’s not all out there so not as bad about Bigfoot was when I was deer hunting and he was across the river from me I believe in the tip Wassee river
3 trailer parks and a shity grocery store..most people are mentally ill , poor, pill heads or crack heads ..drive through any of the trailer parks and people walk around like zomies and cripples
i bought a qp of some good smoke in Whitmore Lake 20 some years ago for $1200.00 , now i could probably get equal quality for $400-500 with legal weed.
I live in saginaw, and I live a few blocks from the Potter Street Station. It's a great history behind it, but it is also haunted. My family and I have seen some faces up by the broken windows on the second floor. It's always an erie feeling when driving by it. And on prime video, you can watch "A Haunting On Potter Street," and see learn about the importance of the depo. itself.
It’s adorable. The lake is pristine. I’d love to live on that lake if I planned on staying in Michigan. The school district is either South Lyon or Whitmore Lake. The restaurant on the water is delicious.
Government is bloated. It's also abusive. If you get a traffic ticket, the Macomb County Clerk will charge you $30 or more to pay this with a card. Why do they charge this, when ANYONE can process a credit card for pennies? Despite paying property taxes to pay for things like Police, they still use tickets, which is abusive to the people, to generate revenue. If they are going to do this anyways, then we should stop giving them property taxes. Property taxes are another great example of giving the government money for NO REASON, so that they can abuse the people. Let the people with kids pay for schools. My son went to Sterling Heights High School, and the principal made over $300k and most of the teaching staff made between $100k to $200k. That is abusive! Zoos and libraries can fund themselves.
I actually been there I’m from Grand Rapids mi but lived in sand lake the first night I ever went their I heard children playing in the water I was with 3 other friends and they all heard it as well I been there other times after that but didn’t really hear as much as I did the first time
OH Check 🌲 MAINE 🌲 out. 100% FOREST PEOPLE walk this Earth and many different levels of them. And some have ability’s that will blow your mind. Again there is different kinds.
Great video ! Loved that you did this. We lived in the 3 story stone house in Gregory, MI- built by Mr Gregory in the 1800s. The windows facing the front have stone carvings over them. The carving over the single 3rd floor window is the face of the devil. The house was unfinished when we moved in but the room on the 3rd floor was finished with a tall peaked ceiling. Many stories from that house.
Haha. Back in the 90s a girl tried to fight me at a bar. She was from Whitmore Lake. 😆🥴. Tom Adler from Adler Homes built up that area. My Family owns Brown Drilling Co and drilled all the wells back then. Mr. Adler & My Dad had done business since the 70s. They both were good men & sucessful. Those were the good ol’ days. They canceled the fireworks back in the late 80s I believe because so many people would stop on 23 it became a hazard. Do they have fireworks now?
The blue roof house in your video was my uncle's lake house, until he passed away in 2005. I spent almost every Sunday in the summer there during my youth. What a great lake to spend time on.
I lived in Whitmore Lake back in 1982 to 1985, it was quiet, the people were nice, and I really like the area. Now prices are too high for homes, the lake is being polluted by the influx of boats with oil and gas leaks. The people have changed, more entitled and inconsiderate that they used to be, but that seems to be the norm for the entire United States these days. Unfortunate how population increases also increase poor behavior and physical abuse of the land.
The Dodge-Turner mansion in Lansing is haunted. It's my great great great Aunt Harriet Manroe-Dodge. I went there years before I knew I was related to her. I have a few photos. And I was looking at a room with a young boy and we both say an old dress makers form stand. The bottom part went crazy. The boy and I looked at each other and walked away. I also saw a woman trying to calm a crying child. But when I looked back, she wasn't there. The doll the child was holding was moving on its own. Also the Mt. Hope Cemetery on the corner of Mt hope rd and Arealious(sp?) Rd in Lansing is very active. I have a photo of R.E Olds moselum with a face looking out at me. Plus, a lot of the Bath massacre of 1912 are buried there. That cemetery comes to life. I have a lot of family in that cemetery.
I don't like property taxes either, but there is a consequence nobody is mentioning. All over the country, funds controlled by China, Bill Gates, Hedge funds, etc are buying up huge swaths of land and sitting on it. If they don't have to pay property taxes on this land, they will buy up everything here. They have loads of cash they are sitting on, they will be able to out bid anybody. Today, you can go up North and buy 80 acres of hunting property because somebody else is tired of paying property taxes on it and wants to dump it. If you eliminate property taxes, the average person will never be able to buy property here again. Also, think about all of the water rights and mineral rights that go along with the property.
I have lived in the Hamburg and Pinckney area for over 35 years which is west of 23 from Whitmore Lake. Its now starting to get over-built IMO and plan on moving further out. The draw out here now is the chains of lakes and with all the new builds its just ruining the area and lakes
