Я уверен, что все подобные телевизоры Филипс - одинаковы технологически при сборке. (маленькие винтики имеют значение в разных моделях на внешних панелях. Важно снять крышку. и уметь снять простой штеккер на плате (там замочек ). Отвёртки нужны разные и хорошие (там роботом закрученные винты невозможно выкрутить плохой отвёрткой.
Огромное спасибо автору !!! Без Вас я бы не смог починить телевизор. Очень сложно разбирать. Работает теперь как новый. Сэкономил много денег и получил моральное удовольствие.

Реально за такой ремонт сдирают 10 тысяч рублей. Проще выбросить телевизор. Мне всё обошлось 1648 рублей за новые светодиоды и плюс 6 часов труда... (Привет, выбрасывающим на помойку новые телевизоры....

Hello I have identified also à diode trouble and the can bus burning. Diode réf is l1851a or l1751a. I am going to trier to change it... does someone know equivalent part number thanks
EU should interveine here also not just phones, the right to fix parts should be all over eu. Deign that is anty fix should be punished with huge fines.
Green wire MUST NOT be connect to relay on position 87A (check the relay picture marks) but ONLY to 87. Only in this way "control" plus voltage from fuse no. 9 will do it's job. If you connect green wire on relay to 87A, fuel pump will work all the time.

Hi. Sorry i missed your first contact.. i cant fix it. There is tampering circuit inside off pcb micro controller.. if bms board is removed from battery back it needs to be powered all time with auxilary bench power supply. And still if there os same fault that regulatorncircuit failed and full bat voltage.directly to canbus module and micro controller it is almost quaranteed to be no fix. In my module there was much more glue so it run down under the pcb and it was a real pain in the ass to get out so watch out, it might be a better idea to just cut off the back.
That is one way what o have also thinked trugh. I have one module waiting same repair and i will try to enter Back side off module... I'll post video from it when i get it done
Le problème est que la voiture ne démarre pas à cause de contacts de relais défectueux. Le relais est vraiment difficile à changer et les modules de remplacement usagés ne sont plus disponibles. Cela signifie que la voiture est une poubelle si le relais n'est pas changé
I Have BSM L03 and i dont have comunication to Airbag ECU, according to schematic from autodata i think there is problem in the relay part of the BSM, and that it doesent supply power to Airbag ECU
In my quiq Google search i noticed that airag and belt pretensioning module is suplyed wia under dash fuse box. Fuse n.3. 5amps... So it might be nothing to do with your under hood bsm module. Are you sure that your airbag module is powered trough bsm module? If it is what is fuse number?

Why bother? Inside off microcontroller have rom or flash memory area for store programming off device and i have no orginal sorce code for that. Offcource it migh be possible to reinvent the whole micro controller functionality and write totally new code but it would be extremely difficult
so i think i got a fix for most bms problems and that is to buy an rc ballancer u have 8 cell ballancers max i think that means if u put the negative probe of the ballancer cables and the cable with all lead wires for the individual packs u can balance the pack without taking it 2 far appart but boss prob dont have that bms cable so u need to tap in to the wires some how u, can always try because ive seen many do it because all packs still have 3.7 volts when ballanced u got a shot of reviving a pack thats dead for years and only cost a few buck also there is a balancer u can put voltage in to the cell blocks so u dont have to wait a possible 39 hours or more 2 balance it then u take the cable out bms plug it in balancer get a power suply put that 2 3.7 volt and charge the pack still all together but individual 😉
a year late but im busy with it a sparta bike almost brand new but dead battery as wel prob ballanced wrong but im also installing a allie expres bms so i dont have 2 pay money for service because they block the battery if u dont pay its all mony making busnis u can better buy a diffrent pack built ur own battery u have alot of cells when u dismantle a pack so chance is that 1 group is bad and maybe 1 or 2 cells have low voltage buy a spot welder for 20 bucks and have fun on saturdays in shed🤣 u build a pack in 1 hour if ur handy less
I have doldering station with integrated desolder gun like link above. fi.farnell.com/proskit-industries/5ss-331-dg/spare-desoldering-gun-140w/dp/2474821. It will usually do the work but gets easily clogged and needs maintance. I prefer solder wig always when it is possible. It will do the trick and dont get clogged

Hi, Im trying to follow your guide :) My multimeter messures 19.36v for a short second, and the it just shows a "1 . " do you have any idear what that means? (I have tried many times, same results, short reading of around 19.5v and then this "1 . " message in the multimeter
Probably you are using 20v measuring range from meter and backlight circuit is higer voltage so meter cant show you voltage because it is overshooting. You need to turn multimeter to dc voltage and i am quessing next bigger range to be dc 200v... Range selector needs to be set higher value what you are actually measuring. Otherways meter overshoots and shows over 1 what means measure reading is higher that one selected range voltage. In that case meter tries to tell that voltage is higher than 20 volts...... If your range switch is set to 20 volt range
He somehow deactivated heating circuit from camera... It can be done with propper diagnostic tools... Camera itself is really fragile and i dont suggest to open that. Or atleast i didint found any fault inside off unit

Any generic automotive relay with 12v coil voltage rating and something like 20 or 40amp current handling capacity... Ou and normaly open relay contacts so it Will Make contact when energized
hi . i think that fuelpump is not your problem becouse it is protected with 5 amp fuse what is not enough to brakedown relay.. But insteed Fuse n 10 what is 30 amp fuse and it is for engine managment control devices example ignition coils, injectors, allkind a solenoids and walves. It is big enough for that kind a problem that it melts relay but not 30 A fuse. Check with disconnected car battery what is resistanse mesured from fuse n.10 and between car body (minus or ground ) if ohm reading is low as 0,5 ohms then it could melt relay but not blow fuse. I dont know right reading for ohm meter but i assume that it should be something like 5 -20 ohms.... if you are measuring that low ohm reading that means that tahat n 10 fuse circuit is somehow short circuited to ground and that might explain whay bsi modue relay is failing and that explains why that new external relay is also melting..... please do the mesurment and report ohm reading and we can try figure it out
Well. If ohms reading is low then IT need to figure out what Part is causing that short circuit. That might be tricky without shematics but i would first just unblug connectors. Ign coils. Solenoids and and basicly everything what is related for engine management..... And see If resistance Will rise up
I dont think that connections are problem in sam units. And old word sentese is "dont repair it if it is working" xd i dont have enough knowledge what comes in really faulty sam units. I havent repaired even one yet. Even that unit what i opened wasent faulty and real fault was bootlid control module

@@ElectronicMechanicFinland HI. Inside the Siemens control unit there are 5 relays. One powers the air conditioning fan but I don't know which one it is. Do you know what each of the 5 relays powers?
Hi friend. This module what i am working on is difrent and there are 13 relays=( but i watched that My video and you can see fuse F11 40amps and it is for Air blower- Air conditioner. The fuse is located near by 30A fuse and relay what is directrly under IT IS that what powers The fuse and Air blower.
In My video Time stamp 14:51 you can see empty slot in left down corner what is for ecu and Fuel pump. Right next to it on right side under The 30 and 40amp fuses IS The AC blower relay
It might help. But propper way to diagnose draining battery is figure out where power is going.. i have hooked the multimeter to current mode and putted it 10amp range. And between battery negative and ground lead. You can not turn anything on in car because meter will melt or blow fuse but typical slow drain current is somethin near 1 amp.... When meter is hooked you can see that drainage current and start taking fuses of one by one and check when current lowers in meter . That way you can narrow whole car to just one spesific sysyem and fault finding gets easier
Very good video. I succeeded in getting a friend's e60 started by disconnecting the Ibs. I initially thought it was an engine ground issue as the battery measured 11.9 volts but the measurement on the positive terminal on the engine and frame was only 5 volts. Would the Ibs cause this voltage imbalance?
@@ElectronicMechanicFinland There is a positive terminal on top of the engine (used for jump starting). I only measured 5 volts between this terminal and the body of the car. The battery in the boot though showed almost 12 volts.
@@bmw-e30 in that case you might have faulty positive cable from battery tray to enginebay. I have heard that point where battery positive wire exits from battery tray and enters under The car is somehow rotted broken under The car . Or another fault point might be that positive terminal on battery. There is somekind explosive disconnector what can cut positive wire If wehicle is crashed.. i assume that jump start tab on engine Bay is hooked directrly to main positive on starter motor or alternator so it really should measure pretty much exaxatly same voltage as battery
