Thank you for the straight forward video. Any chance you can share a video on how to replace the O ring on the fill port / nipple? I put a ballon over it and sure enough it is leaking. I have had the rifle for a short period of time and shot less than 400 rounds with it. Thank you.
@@LauroJrJacob check that o-ring and make sure it is in there and didn't shoot out the front. Also, depending on what you used to install it --- if you used a metal pick, as an example --- that the o-ring wasn't damaged. But it sounds like it may have shot out the front. Just make sure it is seated fully within the groove. Let me know.
@Monkeydad1969 I've changed the o-ring several times and I'm sure it fits well in the groove but there's still blowback isn't it from the pellet pusher?
@LauroJrJacob if you have the proper size o-ring, the probe should seal. Unfortunately, it's hard to diagnose without actually having it in front of me. All the parts are original to the rifle?
A 2 yr old video? I am surprised by how many damaged pellets come in a tin these days. I wash, clean and lightly oil my pellets and I’m finding an unacceptable number of JSB’s pellets to be sub standard. I wonder why? Obviously their Quality Control, isn’t what it should be.
They are working on better ways to help cushion the pellets. You have to realize, their pellets are almost pure lead. Also, where are you getting your JSB pellets from? Not everyone ships them to insure minimal damage. Plus, the shipper may not take great care in handling your pellets.
Awesome and prefectly explained video. Had to subscribe after watching and listening to you. I'm going to be doing this to my .22 Marauder that's almost brand new, but waiting for my new handier (because of size) Garmin Chrono to get here first to get some before and after velocity numbers with it. (I've been in the shooting sports industry for 40+ years from a sponsered factory shooter in the early '90s, to live fire testing/engineering dept at Leupold, to testing writing for Barnes, to working for Nosler, .... but now getting so hooked on the air rifle aspect of the game now. (I'm sure within a very short time the FX Impact and other "items" will be things I can't live without.) Loving the freshness of the air gun thing since I don't see it as part of my work life. (Even though it really is.) This is going to be a good time! Keep this great content going. Great info with a perfect pace. Well done!!
Thank you very much for the kind words. I, too, am in the industry... airgun ammo. I use to be a trainer, so it came pretty natural. Yeah, airguns are a very deep hole. Welcome to the addiction.

@@niksutherland4280 Not sure. After accidentally letting the bolt go forward with no pellets in the magazine I heard a 'misfire' and that's when the O-ring must've popped out. After that my shots were louder enough to hurt the ears and the shots felt weaker at the same time, I thought I had broke my gun at first then I noticed there was no o-ring. After I replaced the O-ring it started shooting quiet and brand new again.

@Monkeydad1969 I don't have a chronograph but will be getting one this week but I have the swinging metal targets and before it was smacking them and they would move 5/6 inches on the swivel now they going completely around smacking twice as hard and this is a new marauder I just bought this week stock from manufacturer
@Monkeydad1969 hey buddy the only thing I did notice is when I did the 4 and half turns out for the transfer port screw when I re insert the jam screw I have to leave it loose like flush to the hole because if I keep screwing the jam screw in it will screw the transfer port screw down with it and will go to the bottom ...is that normal like the screw does not tight together with the transfer port screw.
@@ctjetskiclub772 put the velocity adjuster screw where you want it, then blue loctite the jam screw. Just butt it up to the velocity adjuster screw. That should fix that.
Good review boss. Regulated Its Meh,the standard is super. I waited to get these and glad i did. They are however, very well machined! Hard to beat these for budget pellet slinger. Ya they dont like a suppressor for some reason they will clip pellets. I turned mine down on the power knob and they shoot laser beam accuracy even longer distance w lighter pells in them. You can however mill the transfer ports and get more power to shoot some slugz. Absolutely love my JTS,s ! Wouldnt trade em for an AvengerX either!
