Maths Kitchen create videos to help you with all areas of maths regardless of your age or your ability. I hope that the videos will be particularly useful for people revising for their Maths GCSE. I put out New maths videos every week! Thursdays are videos for all ages and abilities with a particular focus on Maths GCSE content and help with Maths GCSE revision whilst Mondays are more general tips and tricks style videos.
On RU-vid there is a lot of videos explaining AM/PM...why..? cos its so stupid and confusing. There is hardly any explaining 24H clock, why? Cos it works and create no confusion...!
Thank you for explaining this so clearly! I'm an LSA trying to teach some of my students in time for their GCSEs and this one never managed to stick for me
@@aventador-ob3fs On the contrary, it's the half term between GCSE exams so I finally have the time to sit down with a cup of tea and see what the rest of the world is up to. At the moment, I am missing the classroom. I hope you sort yourself out before you get round to sitting your own exams, this apathetic attitude will not serve you well once your time comes.
One more trick is using the store function. Using the Sto (Shift+Rcl) you can store the values of a, b and c respectively into the variable memories A, B and C. After that, you type in the quadratic formula in terms of the letters using the alpha button and hit enter. Since you have the values of a,b and c stored inside, the calculator automatically evaluates it. You can change the Sign in front of root term to get the second solution
Dude, you are amazing. I kept getting confused by vector problems and you made it so easy for me now. Couldn't help but the rod part cracked me up. Lol
