Don’t lose track of what the universe has in store for you!!!!!!!You can be hurt but get to the bag!!!!! 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
You can overcome anything! Don’t let nobody tell you different. You can do it alone, scared, tired, broke, just do it!
Your experience paints a vivid picture of the challenges and realities of working in security. It's like stepping into a real-life situation where you truly see how corporate policies and individual effort play out. I hope others find your story helpful when making their own career choices!
This is such a raw and honest take on working for Allied Universal. It reminds me of the quote, 'The truth will set you free,' but it can also be tough to face. Thanks for sharing your perspective-it’s definitely useful for those considering working there.
It’s always insightful to hear the truth from someone who's been on the inside! Your experience sheds light on what it’s really like at Allied Universal. It’s eye-opening to see how certain jobs differ from the expectations people might have, and I appreciate the honest breakdown.
Love your videos! You touched on all lot of key points in starting a business. I started a security guard company back in 2020. It's been rough, but I wouldn't trade it for nothing! It was the best move for me. Anyways, keep up the good work that you do. Stay safe and God bless you!!
I don't know if you are still looking at this video, but I was in a situation a couple of days ago where basically this guy tried to attack me and the facility manager got rid of me! So I had to write up an incident report and basically it's already Monday morning I have to wait until the account manager get back with me to let me know where she's going to place me. Now, I am an older female sorry I am a little nervous and I'm not armed but I need to get armed
i read all my comments boo. and yeah definitely need a knife or a taser or some type of protection with you or in your car even as unarmed. security is a very unsafe job even tho its easy. depending on how you reacted towards the guy trying to attack you that’s probably the reason why they decided to not keep you at that location. or it couldve been them wanting a new guard that was armed. also look at you relocating as a blessing, you dont need to work anywhere unsafe if your an unarmed officer, they dont pay us enough for that! just let your acc manager know everything and request safer locations or like you said just get your level 3. im an unarmed officer and they place me mainly at warehouses or office buildings, thats your best bet.
@@red.hunnidz thank you. I did not react in the best way, but he had assaulted me by throwing water in my face and I did not touch him. I was arguing with him. She said my account manager told me not to worry about it. She said that she was going to call me to speak with me Monday. My question is what situations like that happened do they normally place you somewhere else or let you go
Listen ma you need to stop uploading this information about your sites. You gonna lose your job and end up with a breach of security lawsuit against you.
1st i dont show or tell much info about my sites. 2nd i post my videos late. all them videos was made 4-5 months before i uploaded. 3rd i didnt say anything bad about my company i work for. 4th i didnt disclose any private information. 5th who said i still work here? 😂😂😂
Is it normal for supervisors (recruiters) to not show up to scheduled interviews? I had an interview scheduled to try and get onboard with Allied, and no one ever called to conduct the interview. However, I did complete the application and virtual interview process. They sent me a link to reschedule, but I feel if they're this disorganized, then I can only imagine how it'll be had I went through the entire pre-employment process.
some supervisors have a bunch of other things to do for example if someone doesnt show up to a post, they have to work it. so more than likely they didnt show up because they were busy maybe? and they should email you, if they didnt call. i’d wait maybe a week or so. did you go to orientation yet? if so, itll take a week or two to hear from them. if you havent been to orientation yet i would call up there myself and ask/tell them your concern OR pull up. most of the time allied has open interviews so you can pull up there and ask or tell them whats going on as well. and pre-employment is fast, once they hire you, theyll drug test you, and have you go to orientation where you watch a video and do a test, and do a background check. once that is all done they will call you to get your uniforms. you wont start work until they assign you a manager and give you uniforms.
Not security related, but just wanna say ur pretty. Love ur hair and ur tone when u talk. I dont think i would have watched this whole video if you werent as fine as you are. Keep up the good work.
Allied Management is piss poor and gonna get them in legal troubles if they continue the practices of thinking they rule with impunity and are above the rules. Im currently seeking counsel and filling a class action lawsuit with a few CDCR employees. Special hirring practices for CDCR retired Peace Officers was what Robert Smalls told me in Los Angeles. Completely discriminated against age and association.
Pretty good company but wannabe fake supervisors try to ruin it. Yeah when I worked with them we had contracts with BMO banks I worked there to. The abandoned property still mill facilities were the easiest funnest ones in my opinion because we could just play video games on our cell phone all day there while on the clock. ^. ^ I'm one of the few security officers who had long hair for being a man. I've gotta say you have amazing long hair lady. You have some of the BEST hair I've ever seen a security officer women have ^. ^ Very cool I kinda miss Allied I might try & see if they rehire me I wasn't supposed to walk out & leave the job its just I really had a gay fake wannabe supervisor a stranger literally I never seen or heard of him a day in my life & he was tryna tell me he was supervisor yet I was more smarter than him I'm not gullible I don't know who he think he is I don't believe shut he say so I never took what he said serious. Ended up big disagreement & we all lost our jobs apparently because stopped going but can probably get rehired I was kinda like you but i was armed with a gun licence & i hated to put up with peoples bullshyt like strangers anyway have a good day.
Client employees micromanagement is not cool. One property manager is all you have to listen to. The others are either a distraction or up to no good. My 2 cents.
@@red.hunnidz I’m still at the company sadly until I can talk to someone to have my issue address and my leader ship from the military in the reserves is also working on handling it
My mother in law and father in law work in that company too. They say the job isn’t hard and the pay is decent the only thing is going from location to another.
